    This service used to be great, eh? So easy to use, no fancy marketing stuff getting in the way. I've been using it for over ten years, but lately, I've noticed they're getting a bit pushy. Now they're offering these free services that are hard to say no to, but in the end, they end up costing more, ya know? It's a bummer to see a service I used to count on going in this direction. Might have to start looking at other options, eh?

    Booking cancellation refund process

    I had a bad experience with cancelling a booking and getting a refund from an online travel site recently. They said I'd get my money back in 3-5 business days if I cancelled within the right time frame. But even though I cancelled right away, I had a hard time getting the refund. I got emails saying everything was fine and customer service people told me not to worry, but the refund still didn't come through when it was supposed to. I'm really frustrated now and thinking about trying other ways to get my money back.

    Temperature accuracy issues

    OMG, after only three years, my BBQ started acting up with the temperature. I figured it might've been the weather or something, but even when I moved it to a better spot, it still wouldn't cook my meat properly. I reached out to customer service, and they sent me a new probe, but it didn't solve the issue. The temperature kept going all over the place, getting way too high and almost catching fire! So dangerous! Now my BBQ is basically useless. Customer service didn't even bother to follow up. So disappointing, I thought this BBQ was gonna last forever. Looks like I'll be going back to my trusty old charcoal grill.

    Subscription service disappointment

    My time using this subscription service was pretty disappointing, eh. I used to be with another service where I paid $9.99 and got all the Pay-Per-View events, y'know. But then I tried out this app and paid $7.99, and it just didn't cut it for me, eh. The shows and movies they had weren't that great, and they didn't even offer any Pay-Per-View events. Honestly, it felt like I wasted my money and my time with this service, eh.

    Laptop software transfer issue

    I ran into an issue when I attempted to transfer my software to my new laptop. Even though I had bought the Extended Download Service, I was told that the download file was unavailable because the service had expired. It was pretty frustrating and disappointing because I was hoping for better customer support. I think there should be a more helpful system in place for customers to access their purchased software even after certain services have expired.

    I was unlucky enough to get a gift card for this place and let me tell you, using it was a total disaster. I had to go through a bunch of steps just to make an account on their website so I could use the gift card. And then the checkout process was so complicated and confusing, I thought I needed a PhD to figure it out. It's almost like they want to make it hard for people to use their gift cards on purpose. It's obvious they care more about cash than making things easy for their customers. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.
