Oh man, I am so frustrated with this company! I ordered a holiday wine package, thinking it would be here in time for a special event I was looking forward to. But nope, not only did it not show up when it was supposed to, it ended up completely messing up my holiday plans. And then when I tried to send it back because of their mistake, they had the gall to charge me even more than what I paid for the whole order. What a total scam!

I just bought some wine from this company, and the wine itself was pretty good. But man, oh man, was I let down by their delivery service. They used FedEx Ground, and now I've been waiting for my order for over two weeks. I've tried contacting them a bunch of times to sort things out, but nobody seems to be able to fix the problem. As much as I liked the wine, this whole delivery mess has got me thinking about trying out some other wine delivery services next time.

This company is such a scam, eh. I got sucked in by the cash back deal on my AMEX card and right away I knew it was too good to be real. Their website claims everything is always on sale, but it's just a ploy to draw people in. When I tried to cancel my order just 2 hours after making it, they said no and even threatened me with a restocking fee if I didn't accept the delivery. It's obvious that lots of other folks have been taken advantage of by this shady company. Don't trust them, eh.

I had a really frustrating experience with a wine delivery recently. The customer service was not good at all. My order was damaged and needed to be reshipped, but the pick-up location couldn't accept wine deliveries anymore. This caused more delays and confusion. When I tried to sort it out, the customer service team just made a bunch of excuses instead of helping. I had to ask for a supervisor to step in to reroute the delivery to a different location, only to have the order redone again. It was the third time I had to process the same order, and even then, FedEx's tracking info said the package was already out for delivery, which was really confusing and frustrating.

I'm so disappointed with the wines I got from this company. They arrived on time, which was good, but the quality was not up to par. I tried a few different types and none of them were what I hoped for. It felt like I was sipping on cheap wine you can grab at any corner store for a few bucks. I don't get how anyone could give these wines a rating of 4.5 stars. It just doesn't make sense to me.

I ordered some wine from this place but I never got it. I paid for it, but they said they didn't have my order. It's like I paid for invisible wine or something. I just wanted my grape juice, man!

Man, the customer service at Wine Insiders is just terrible, eh? I've sent them a bunch of emails and they never bother getting back to me. And as if that wasn't bad enough, they keep clearing out my cart - it's like they don't even care if I buy anything. I've tried to make orders five times now, but after the last three times they emptied my cart, I'm fed up. It's so frustrating dealing with a company that doesn't appreciate its customers, you know?

Okay, so here's what went down - I thought I'd have some wine delivered, and I made it super clear that I wanted it dropped off at the Dollar General near me because I didn't want it showing up at my uptight neighborhood while I was away. But what happens next? The FedEx guy goes and tries to bring it to my place, hands it over to my neighbor, and I only got my hands on it when I got back. And to top it off, Wine Insiders went and pointed fingers at FedEx for the mix-up. C'mon, own up to your slip-ups!

I'm really disappointed with my latest half case of wine. I got a so-called "gift" coupon for $100 off, but when the shipment came, I saw the wines were not as good as they were supposed to be. I checked Vivino and found out that only 3 of the wines were listed, and all of them had an average price of under $4 with ratings around 3.7. The wine quality was pretty bad, to be honest.

I've been ordering from this place for years now, and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with the service overall. I mean, there were a few bottles that weren't quite what I expected out of the 100+ I've got, but that's just life, right? So, I recently messed up my Club membership and got all confused about the billing. I decided to give customer service a call, and they fixed everything up real quick for me. Can't complain!

Wine Insiders has a really good selection of wines and some awesome deals. The only downside is that they use FedEx Home for shipping, which can be a real headache if you live in an apartment. If you can't pick up your package from a FedEx spot, you might run into some problems. Customer Service wasn't super helpful, but at least they promptly gave me a refund when FedEx made a mistake.

The wine selection is pretty good, but it's such a pain to have to go pick up the monthly box at FedEx Office or sit around waiting for it at home all day just because of the adult signature rule. The delivery process is always messed up with mistakes that shouldn't even happen. Requiring a signature for alcohol deliveries in this day and age feels old-fashioned, so hopefully, there will be a better way to do it soon.

I really enjoy ordering wine from this place because they always have delicious selections. If there's ever an issue with a bottle, they're quick to fix it and make sure I'm satisfied. I've tried out a few different wines and have discovered some favorites. I have confidence in this company to consistently send me great bottles. While the delivery may not always be flawless, it's all good because the wine is definitely worth it!

As someone who's bought wine from Wine Insiders, I gotta say, they've got a real good selection to choose from. The website is super easy to use, so you can easily find just the right bottle for any special moment. The wines themselves are top quality, and I liked how they gave nice, detailed descriptions for each one. All in all, I was really happy with my experience and would definitely suggest Wine Insiders to anyone wanting to add some new bottles to their collection.
