Easy website navigation, quick delivery
My experience with Vivino was amazing from the beginning to the end. The website was super easy to use, I found and bought the wine I wanted without any trouble. They gave just enough info to help me decide. I got a great discount on my purchase which made me even happier. At first, I was worried about the delivery time being a few weeks, but to my surprise, the wine arrived at my door in just a few days. My spouse and I just moved to Georgia and had a hard time finding that special American wine she loves from California. We looked around at a few liquor stores but no dice, so we turned to online shopping. To our relief, the prices online were pretty much the same as what we used to pay back in California. The wine showed up at our door within a week, making for a really great buying experience.
First time order
Just received my first order and man, this site is a breeze to use! They kept me updated every step of the way and the wines I got are from good ol' Moldova, my homeland. Lupii by Gitana Winery is a smooth red blend with a hefty dose of Cabernet, absolutely delicious. I sampled it back in Moldova and now I can savor it all the way here in Canada, talk about a special treat!
Fast delivery, well-packed order
The order got here pretty quickly and was wrapped up nice and tight. But when we cracked open one bottle, we were kinda let down by the taste. The price didn't quite line up with what we were expecting. It'd be great if there was a policy for refunds on bottles that don't hit the mark, like some other wine clubs have.
App functionality
The recent updates to the app, like adding ads, have really messed up the camera part. Now, it's a pain trying to get the right info from a wine bottle - you gotta try multiple times. Before, it was easy and spot-on, but now it's just not as user-friendly.

I'm hoping for a more consistent and user-friendly experience there.
Delayed delivery frustration
I just bought something from Vivino and, honestly, it took way longer than expected to get to me. They told me it would be here the very next day, but it actually ended up taking a few days longer. It was really annoying how Vivino and their courier company didn't seem to be on the same page at all. When you're using a courier service, you'd think there would be better communication and they'd set clearer expectations for when your stuff will arrive.
Online wine shopping
I loved ordering wine online, eh! It was so easy to choose what I wanted and pay for it. The only bummer was that one of the wines I got was a bit too sweet for my taste, but no biggie. Hey, does anyone know if they carry that other wine I really like? Thanks a bunch!
Wine delivery
I gotta say, my experience with Vivino was pretty good overall. But, I think it would be helpful if they looked into using a delivery service that's more flexible. Like, I had to make sure someone 21 or older could sign for my package, and that was a bit of a hassle. Ended up having to go pick it up at a center instead.
