TasteThe order got here pretty quickly and was wrapped up nice and tight. But when we cracked open one bottle, we were kinda let down by the taste. The price didn't quite line up with what we were expecting. It'd be great if there was a policy for refunds on bottles that don't hit the mark, like some other wine clubs have.

DeliveryI gotta say, my experience with Vivino was pretty good overall. But, I think it would be helpful if they looked into using a delivery service that's more flexible. Like, I had to make sure someone 21 or older could sign for my package, and that was a bit of a hassle. Ended up having to go pick it up at a center instead.
