Vivino - Reviews and experiences

Getting wine delivered online can be a real headache sometimes. It's super important for the company to make sure that the wine makes it to your doorstep on time and in good shape. But in my situation, there was a big hiccup in the delivery process. Even though I asked for a 10-day delay because I was away, they didn't get back to me and on top of that, the wine took a whole week to get to me from California in scorching 100-degree weather. Not cool! It's just not right that they didn't pay attention to my requests and didn't care about giving good customer service. Plus, I even went ahead and ordered ice packs to keep the wine cool, but guess what? They forgot to include them. That's just not cool, man.

I ordered some wines but they still haven't arrived. The courier couldn't find my place, and the app said my order was delivered when it wasn't. I can't seem to get through to anyone from customer support, only getting automated responses. Can you please help me out?

I just bought something from Vivino and, honestly, it took way longer than expected to get to me. They told me it would be here the very next day, but it actually ended up taking a few days longer. It was really annoying how Vivino and their courier company didn't seem to be on the same page at all. When you're using a courier service, you'd think there would be better communication and they'd set clearer expectations for when your stuff will arrive.

I gotta say, my experience with Vivino was pretty good overall. But, I think it would be helpful if they looked into using a delivery service that's more flexible. Like, I had to make sure someone 21 or older could sign for my package, and that was a bit of a hassle. Ended up having to go pick it up at a center instead.
