PackagingI ordered this fancy grape juice online and it showed up real fast. But ya know what? One of the bottles was busted! I tried to reach out to them to sort it out, but their chatbot is like a darn robot just saying "beep boop" and not fixing anything. So now I'm short a bottle of vino and got no one to vent to about it. Lame, eh.
