This company is such a scam, eh. I got sucked in by the cash back deal on my AMEX card and right away I knew it was too good to be real. Their website claims everything is always on sale, but it's just a ploy to draw people in. When I tried to cancel my order just 2 hours after making it, they said no and even threatened me with a restocking fee if I didn't accept the delivery. It's obvious that lots of other folks have been taken advantage of by this shady company. Don't trust them, eh.

I had a really frustrating experience with a wine delivery recently. The customer service was not good at all. My order was damaged and needed to be reshipped, but the pick-up location couldn't accept wine deliveries anymore. This caused more delays and confusion. When I tried to sort it out, the customer service team just made a bunch of excuses instead of helping. I had to ask for a supervisor to step in to reroute the delivery to a different location, only to have the order redone again. It was the third time I had to process the same order, and even then, FedEx's tracking info said the package was already out for delivery, which was really confusing and frustrating.

Man, the customer service at Wine Insiders is just terrible, eh? I've sent them a bunch of emails and they never bother getting back to me. And as if that wasn't bad enough, they keep clearing out my cart - it's like they don't even care if I buy anything. I've tried to make orders five times now, but after the last three times they emptied my cart, I'm fed up. It's so frustrating dealing with a company that doesn't appreciate its customers, you know?

I've been ordering from this place for years now, and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with the service overall. I mean, there were a few bottles that weren't quite what I expected out of the 100+ I've got, but that's just life, right? So, I recently messed up my Club membership and got all confused about the billing. I decided to give customer service a call, and they fixed everything up real quick for me. Can't complain!
