Oh man, I am so frustrated with this company! I ordered a holiday wine package, thinking it would be here in time for a special event I was looking forward to. But nope, not only did it not show up when it was supposed to, it ended up completely messing up my holiday plans. And then when I tried to send it back because of their mistake, they had the gall to charge me even more than what I paid for the whole order. What a total scam!

I just bought some wine from this company, and the wine itself was pretty good. But man, oh man, was I let down by their delivery service. They used FedEx Ground, and now I've been waiting for my order for over two weeks. I've tried contacting them a bunch of times to sort things out, but nobody seems to be able to fix the problem. As much as I liked the wine, this whole delivery mess has got me thinking about trying out some other wine delivery services next time.

I ordered some wine from this place but I never got it. I paid for it, but they said they didn't have my order. It's like I paid for invisible wine or something. I just wanted my grape juice, man!

Okay, so here's what went down - I thought I'd have some wine delivered, and I made it super clear that I wanted it dropped off at the Dollar General near me because I didn't want it showing up at my uptight neighborhood while I was away. But what happens next? The FedEx guy goes and tries to bring it to my place, hands it over to my neighbor, and I only got my hands on it when I got back. And to top it off, Wine Insiders went and pointed fingers at FedEx for the mix-up. C'mon, own up to your slip-ups!

Wine Insiders has a really good selection of wines and some awesome deals. The only downside is that they use FedEx Home for shipping, which can be a real headache if you live in an apartment. If you can't pick up your package from a FedEx spot, you might run into some problems. Customer Service wasn't super helpful, but at least they promptly gave me a refund when FedEx made a mistake.

The wine selection is pretty good, but it's such a pain to have to go pick up the monthly box at FedEx Office or sit around waiting for it at home all day just because of the adult signature rule. The delivery process is always messed up with mistakes that shouldn't even happen. Requiring a signature for alcohol deliveries in this day and age feels old-fashioned, so hopefully, there will be a better way to do it soon.
