AEW Revolution streaming
As a customer of FITE, I gotta say, I was super impressed with how easy their platform was to use. I decided to order the AEW Revolution streaming event and man, the quality was top-notch! The video was so clear and sharp, and it never buffered or got interrupted. It made watching it really enjoyable. I'll definitely be using FITE again for my streaming needs in the future, no doubt about it.
Smart TV app subscription
I've had some really good experiences with the Smart TV app subscription from FITE. Overall, I think it works well, but there's one big issue that needs fixing. The fast forward and rewind function is crazy slow and not very effective. When you try to go forward or back, it only lets you do it in 30-second chunks, which can be super annoying if you're trying to quickly find something. This lack of a more precise fast forward/rewind is a big problem that really affects the user experience and should be fixed ASAP. But, other than that, the rest of the app works fine and has lots of entertainment options to choose from.
My subscription
Man, the customer service is brutal. I tried to cancel my subscription but their stupid system didn't even register it. I followed their FAQs and shot them an email as soon as they charged me, requesting a refund. But nope, their customer service shot me down, even though their own policies say refunds are allowed right after payment. Ugh, such a waste of time.
AEW subscription issue
So like, I signed up for this AEW subscription and I was really enjoying it, you know? But then out of nowhere, I couldn't find the channel anymore! I had to start looking on my browser instead of the app, just to find out that they don't even offer it in my area anymore! Like, they didn't even bother to shoot me a message or anything, they just kept charging my account! Super uncool, dude. I was pumped about it before, but now I don't know if I can rely on this app anymore.
PPV fight
So, I bought this PPV fight and OMG it was like the worst experience ever. I had my snackies all set up, I was ready to watch some epic fighting, and what happens? The stupid stream kept buffering! Like, I have super fast Wi-Fi and never have trouble with other stuff, but FITE TV just kept stealing my money and giving me a headache. I was so mad, I wanted to throw my popcorn at the screen. Like, why sell something if it's just gonna be a hot mess? Thanks for ruining my night, FITE TV.
Livestream of Jake Paul vs Tyron Woodley 2 event
I streamed the Jake Paul vs Tyron Woodley 2 fight on this platform and it went really well. Everything started on time and there weren't any gaps between the matches. I know some people were unhappy about the music and breaks, but I didn't have any problems with that. Luckily, my Wi-Fi is quick so I didn't have any issues with lags or interruptions during the live stream. All in all, it was a great experience for me.
Smart TV app issues
The smart TV app from FITE is totally useless, eh? The website and mobile app seem fine, but the smart TV app is a big disappointment, bud. I tried to watch a fight on my TV, but it just wouldn't cooperate. I had to switch to my desktop, and even then I kept getting annoying buffering and error codes popping up. It was so frustrating and made me wonder why I bothered with FITE at all, ya know? The whole user experience was a disaster, so I wouldn't recommend anyone waste their time with the smart TV app.
Weekend StarcastV purchase
This service is absolute garbage, eh? I got the whole StarcastV weekend thing and it was supposed to include Ric Flair's Last Match PPV, but it never came through! The shows were all messed up, with sound issues and buffering problems on every device, it was a total nightmare, eh? Customer support was the worst, they kept saying I didn't buy the PPV package even though I had proof, eh? After arguing with them for 2 hours, they finally gave me credits for the PPV, eh? I'm never using this service again, that's for sure, eh?
Wrestling content
FITE has some awesome wrestling content with AEW, ROH, and NWA, which is perfect for wrestling fans like me. But man, the apps, especially the Smart TV app, really need an update, eh? It's so frustrating not being able to fast forward or rewind smoothly. The app only lets you go in 30-second increments, and if you try to go faster, it just crashes on ya. Plus, there's no resume function, so if it does crash, you gotta start from the beginning, eh. And let me tell ya, watching those long PPVs that are over 3 hours becomes a real pain. Fast forwarding in tiny increments for over 2 hours is just a headache. And if the app crashes halfway through, it's so darn frustrating to start all over again. If they don't fix these issues, I might have to think about canceling my subscription to keep my sanity, eh.
Tried to sign up for FITE TV
This stupid FITE TV just isn't working no matter what I try. I've been at it for ages and it's still a no-go. I swear, I could do a better job running this whole show blindfolded. Save yourself the hassle and skip this garbage.
AEW ppv Double or Nothing
Eh, so I got the AEW ppv Double or Nothing recently and, let me tell ya, it was a real letdown. The whole time, the sound was all messed up and totally out of sync, eh. Made it so hard to even enjoy the show, you know? So, I tried reaching out to customer support for some help, and they were no help at all, bud. Just blamed it on my smart TV and the fact that I didn't watch it live. Like, come on! I was pretty cheesed off at the lack of support, eh. Instead of fixing the problem, they just kept making excuses. I'm just hoping the other AEW ppvs in the bundle I bought work better, or I'll be wasting my loonies, eh.
We got ripped off
So, we thought we'd buy the fight, but it was over in, like, a minute and there was no sound at all! Then this huge warning popped up saying it was illegal! We tried to get our money back, but they wouldn't give us a cent! This company is super shady, so we're warning everyone to steer clear! We recorded it all and sent it to the cops.
I ordered a fight for $9.99
I saw the Davis versus Barrios fight and oh man, it was amazing! The streaming quality was top-notch - all in 1080p, no buffering, and it worked flawlessly on my firestick. Honestly, I couldn't ask for anything better, no complaints whatsoever.
Streaming service subscription
Eh, even though my internet is solid at 30Mbps and I have no issues streaming videos on YouTube, WWE Network, and NJPW World without pausing, FITE.TV is a different story. It's been kinda crappy. The videos keep buffering forever, messing up my viewing and making me refresh the browser constantly. The up-and-down streaming quality on FITE.TV is seriously bumming me out as a customer, to be honest.
Event tickets
I bought tickets for an event, but it was buffering the whole time and I couldn't even watch it properly. I tried to get a refund, but let me tell you, it was such a pain. I wouldn't suggest throwing your money away on this.
Pro wrestling content
As a huge pro-wrestling fan, I was super pumped to find out about all the awesome stuff on this platform. They had everything from old-school matches to interviews you can't find anywhere else, catering to every wrestling buff out there. The playback was so smooth, it made it really easy to binge-watch all my favorite matches without any annoying pauses. And let me tell you, the top-notch video and sound quality really took the whole viewing experience up a notch. If you're a pro-wrestling fanatic like me, this platform is a definite must-have to satisfy your wrestling cravings.
Subscription service disappointment
My time using this subscription service was pretty disappointing, eh. I used to be with another service where I paid $9.99 and got all the Pay-Per-View events, y'know. But then I tried out this app and paid $7.99, and it just didn't cut it for me, eh. The shows and movies they had weren't that great, and they didn't even offer any Pay-Per-View events. Honestly, it felt like I wasted my money and my time with this service, eh.
PPV event price
I was so upset with the service I got recently. They sent me an email saying the PPV event I bought was cancelled, but then I found out later that it was just moved to another place and for a cheaper price. It's not right to charge us more when we can get the same thing for less somewhere else. It's not fair and it shows they don't care about us customers. It's just not cool to trick us and bet on our trust like that.
Live boxing match
Oh man, that was the worst experience ever! I was all pumped up to watch a live boxing match, but it turned out to be brutal. The first couple of hours were a snoozefest - only one fight and they kept interrupting the action to focus on some SNL dude strolling past the commentators. Like, seriously, who gives a hoot about that? All I wanted was to see the fight, you know what I mean? I'm a huge boxing buff, but if they pull this stunt again, I won't even waste my time. Talk about a letdown!
Pay Per View purchase
The customer service at FITE.tv was amazing, eh? I accidentally bought the Pay Per View after the fight was over, but the support team was really understanding, eh? They got back to me quick and gave me a refund without any trouble. I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with the service I got, eh?
