Man, the customer service is brutal. I tried to cancel my subscription but their stupid system didn't even register it. I followed their FAQs and shot them an email as soon as they charged me, requesting a refund. But nope, their customer service shot me down, even though their own policies say refunds are allowed right after payment. Ugh, such a waste of time.

This service is absolute garbage, eh? I got the whole StarcastV weekend thing and it was supposed to include Ric Flair's Last Match PPV, but it never came through! The shows were all messed up, with sound issues and buffering problems on every device, it was a total nightmare, eh? Customer support was the worst, they kept saying I didn't buy the PPV package even though I had proof, eh? After arguing with them for 2 hours, they finally gave me credits for the PPV, eh? I'm never using this service again, that's for sure, eh?

So, we thought we'd buy the fight, but it was over in, like, a minute and there was no sound at all! Then this huge warning popped up saying it was illegal! We tried to get our money back, but they wouldn't give us a cent! This company is super shady, so we're warning everyone to steer clear! We recorded it all and sent it to the cops.

The customer service at FITE.tv was amazing, eh? I accidentally bought the Pay Per View after the fight was over, but the support team was really understanding, eh? They got back to me quick and gave me a refund without any trouble. I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with the service I got, eh?

What a complete joke of a company! So, I was trying to stream this big PPV event, right? But guess what? It didn't work at all. Can you believe it? So I decided to shoot an email over to their customer service to explain the whole issue. And you know what they did? They straight up called me a liar and wouldn't even give me a refund. Like, come on! It's just so ridiculous. You better believe I'm with the people below who say to steer clear of this company.
