    I've been using this streaming service for a while now and it's been pretty good overall. But I've noticed some glitches here and there that can be annoying. The selection of shows and movies is okay, I like that there's a variety. What really bugs me though, is all the ads for alcohol. I don't drink, so it's offensive that they keep pushing those products on me. And it's worrisome that they don't seem to think about people who have issues with alcohol addiction.

    The customer service and user experience at this streaming service leave a lot to be desired. The two-factor authentication process is way too complicated and glitchy - even though I get the code by email, the system keeps saying it's wrong. When I tried to get help through the "contact us" page, I got a message saying my account doesn't have that feature with the subscription. It doesn't make sense to need a fancy account just to get basic customer support. In general, my experience with this streaming service has been really disappointing and frustrating.

    As a customer of this streaming service, I gotta say, I'm really let down by how often they interrupt my viewing with commercials.     I had such a terrible experience with this company. The person I talked to on the phone was so rude and didn't help at all. And my streaming service has been really bad for the last couple of weeks, even though I've been with them for seven months. They blamed me for problems that weren't even my fault and didn't listen to my complaints. I had to ask for a new internet box just to try and fix things, but they didn't even acknowledge the issues I was having.

    Over-promised streaming experience

    I've been finding the streaming experience pretty frustrating lately. The ads are way too long and keep popping up too frequently, interrupting what I'm watching. Also, the recommendations don't seem to get what I like, they're not really tailored to my interests. And to make matters worse, I'm constantly getting kicked offline due to buffering problems.     Erection ads and queer content

    I can't watch shows with my kids on this platform because of the inappropriate content. There are too many erection ads and queer content promoting HIV prevention. It's really disappointing and not okay. I'm going to check out UTube TV or another streaming service instead.

    I was knee-deep in my MasterChef Junior binge session when disaster struck. I was on the last episode, with just a quarter left to watch, when suddenly it disappeared off my streaming platform. I frantically tried to resume watching, but to no avail. Frustrated, I reached out to customer support in hopes of resolving the issue. The representative bombarded me with questions, seemingly going in circles without providing any real solutions. In the end, she rudely hung up on me, leaving me even more irate. This type of service is simply unacceptable. They lure you in with binge-worthy shows, only to snatch them away when you're fully invested. It's a recurring pattern that shouldn't be brushed under the rug.

    Technical issues and recording problems

    This service is just terrible. Every morning, I have so much trouble with it not working properly. Even though my internet connection is good, Hulu keeps getting stuck with that "trying to restore channel" message. And don't even get me started on the recording feature - it can't seem to get it right. I tell it to record new episodes, but it ends up recording old ones. Plus, when I pause a show and then come back to it, it starts playing right from the beginning. It's so frustrating!

    I can't believe the streaming service would pull a stunt like that without even giving customers a heads up. It's so disappointing how they only seem to care about the ones with deep pockets. What about us loyal customers who have been using their service? The lack of communication and consideration is really getting on my nerves, it's just not cool. Luckily we managed to snag a free trial, so we won't be losing out on any money, but it's still irritating to see how they treat people. Honestly, good riddance to them!

    Ads for the wrong guy

    Ugh, it's so annoying to keep seeing ads for that guy I don't like, it drives me nuts! Feels like they're forcing their views on me, which is not cool. I just wanna watch my shows in peace without all this nonsense. Why can't they be impartial and show ads for both perspectives? If they keep bombarding me with ads for that guy, I might have to switch to a different service!
