Horror movie previews in ads are way too much on family shows. They keep popping up even when we're watching kid-friendly stuff. It's just not cool.

I've been using this streaming service for a while now and it's been pretty good overall. But I've noticed some glitches here and there that can be annoying. The selection of shows and movies is okay, I like that there's a variety. What really bugs me though, is all the ads for alcohol. I don't drink, so it's offensive that they keep pushing those products on me. And it's worrisome that they don't seem to think about people who have issues with alcohol addiction.

The customer service and user experience at this streaming service leave a lot to be desired. The two-factor authentication process is way too complicated and glitchy - even though I get the code by email, the system keeps saying it's wrong. When I tried to get help through the "contact us" page, I got a message saying my account doesn't have that feature with the subscription. It doesn't make sense to need a fancy account just to get basic customer support. In general, my experience with this streaming service has been really disappointing and frustrating.

As a customer of this streaming service, I gotta say, I'm really let down by how often they interrupt my viewing with commercials. Even though I'm paying for a subscription, it's annoying to have commercial breaks popping up every few minutes. It messes with the flow of what I'm watching and makes the service feel less valuable. I can't watch shows with my kids on this platform because of the inappropriate content. There are too many erection ads and queer content promoting HIV prevention. It's really disappointing and not okay. I'm going to check out UTube TV or another streaming service instead.
