ServiceI had such a terrible experience with this company. The person I talked to on the phone was so rude and didn't help at all. And my streaming service has been really bad for the last couple of weeks, even though I've been with them for seven months. They blamed me for problems that weren't even my fault and didn't listen to my complaints. I had to ask for a new internet box just to try and fix things, but they didn't even acknowledge the issues I was having.

ServiceI was knee-deep in my MasterChef Junior binge session when disaster struck. I was on the last episode, with just a quarter left to watch, when suddenly it disappeared off my streaming platform. I frantically tried to resume watching, but to no avail. Frustrated, I reached out to customer support in hopes of resolving the issue. The representative bombarded me with questions, seemingly going in circles without providing any real solutions. In the end, she rudely hung up on me, leaving me even more irate. This type of service is simply unacceptable. They lure you in with binge-worthy shows, only to snatch them away when you're fully invested. It's a recurring pattern that shouldn't be brushed under the rug.

ServiceCustomer service is just terrible! It feels like I'm talking to a brick wall, except the wall might actually be more helpful. The reps seem to know less than my dogs do about what they're supposed to be doing. Even after talking to a manager, I still didn't get any answers. It's time to up your game before you go under, there are lots of other choices available.
About Hulu
Hulu is an American subscription video on demand service fully controlled and majority-owned by The Walt Disney Company, with NBCUniversal, owned by Comcast, as an equity stakeholder. Launched on October 29, 2007, Hulu offers a vast library of television series and films, including original content, network TV shows, and movies. Initially created as a joint venture between NBC Universal, Providence Equity Partners, and later The Walt Disney Company, Hulu focused on streaming recent episodes of television series from their respective television networks. Over the years, Hulu expanded its offerings with a subscription service, Hulu Plus (now simply Hulu), which includes full seasons of programs from the companies and other partners, and ventured into the production of original content to further compete in the streaming market.
