ContractI signed up for this subscription service, and they kept charging my account without me saying it was okay. It made it so I couldn't get into my account or use the services. I tried talking to customer service a bunch of times, but couldn't fix the problem. I ended up having to make a whole new account, which might mean I get billed twice. It was really annoying and disappointing not being able to see what was going on with my account.

ContractThe content is great, but I've been dealing with technical issues for months now. It's frustrating to keep getting charged for a service that hardly even works. That's why I finally decided to cancel my subscription. It's disappointing to see a company more focused on making money than on improving their platform. If they want to keep customers coming back, they need to offer a service that actually works.

Launched on October 29, 2007, Hulu offers a vast library of television series and films, including original content, network TV shows, and movies.
