CommunicationI can't believe the streaming service would pull a stunt like that without even giving customers a heads up. It's so disappointing how they only seem to care about the ones with deep pockets. What about us loyal customers who have been using their service? The lack of communication and consideration is really getting on my nerves, it's just not cool. Luckily we managed to snag a free trial, so we won't be losing out on any money, but it's still irritating to see how they treat people. Honestly, good riddance to them!

Hulu is an American subscription video on demand service fully controlled and majority-owned by The Walt Disney Company, with NBCUniversal, owned by Comcast, as an equity stakeholder. Launched on October 29, 2007, Hulu offers a vast library of television series and films, including original content, network TV shows, and movies.
