    Faulty device exchange process

    My recent experience with getting my device exchanged at Foreo in Singapore was quite frustrating. First off, I have to say that the customer service, especially from Paula, was amazing. She really took the time to listen to my concerns and was very helpful. I would definitely give her 5 stars. However, the actual process of exchanging the device was not so great. The policy right now says that we have to go back to the store where we bought the device to get it exchanged. This is fine if the store is close by, but the Sephora stores in Singapore that sell Foreo products are not convenient for me. This makes it really hard for me to get my Luna 4+ and other Foreo devices exchanged when they are not working properly. Paula did try to help by offering to deliver my Luna 4+ to me, but there was a problem with actually exchanging the device. I was supposed to open the battery lid with a knife, which was difficult and seemed dangerous for me since I don't know much about these things. As a loyal customer of Foreo, I really hope that the company can take another look at their device exchange policies in Singapore, especially for customers like me who might need to get their devices exchanged more often because they keep having problems.

The whole process was really smooth and easy, and I'm happy to report that they are sending me a replacement for my faulty device. Overall, I'm really pleased with the top-notch customer service I received. In all my years of online shopping, this has been one of the best customer care experiences I've ever had. It's clear this company really supports their products and cares about customer satisfaction. Big thanks to Marija once again for her exceptional help!

    New Luna 4 Body broken

    Eh, so I had a little hiccup with my brand spankin' new Luna 4 Body getting busted up, ya know? I decided to shoot customer service a message for a hand. Well, let me tell ya, they were lightning fast getting back to me, especially Marko. Not only did he reply quick as a duck on a June bug, but he was super helpful too. He asked for some snaps and a video of the issue, and I sent 'em off without delay. After checkin' things out, he walked me through the whole claims process and lo and behold, in less than a day my claim got the green light. My new Luna 4 Body showed up in no time, and man, I tell ya, I'm as pleased as a pup with two tails about the service I got from Foreo.

    Toothbrush purchase

    I gotta tell ya, me and my partner have been using this one toothbrush and it's been amazing for our teeth! Especially for my partner - her dentist even noticed how much better her gums and teeth were looking. So, she told me about the brand and I decided to give it a try. I have super sensitive gums, so I need a soft bristle brush, and let me tell you, the one I got from this company has really made a difference for me. Plus, when I had a problem with it, the warranty service was so good - they didn't even make me send back the broken one. Overall, dealing with this company has been fantastic and I'm one happy customer.

    Silicone toothbrush for my 2 year old

    I bought a silicone toothbrush for my 2 year old, and it's been amazing for his oral hygiene routine. He's actually excited to brush his teeth before bed now, which wasn't the case before. But I was a bit bummed when two bristles fell off after the first use. Luckily, customer service was quick to respond and sent me a replacement toothbrush. Their help really made a difference in my son's nightly routine, and I'm thankful for their assistance.

    I've been a customer of this company for quite some time now, eh! And I gotta say, I ran into a bit of a problem with my Kiwi device lately. But, despite it being the first hiccup I've had with their stuff, I gotta give credit where credit's due - the service I got was top-notch. The customer service rep, Danny, was super helpful and quick to help me out with my issue. She assessed the situation right away and sent me a new Kiwi device, which arrived pretty darn quick.     Didn't heat up

    I had this neat thing that was supposed to heat up, but it ended up not working at all. So I reached out to this girl named Marija, and she tried to help me fix it, but unfortunately, nothing seemed to work. Marija was super nice though, and she helped me figure out how to get a new one through the warranty. Now I'm just playing the waiting game for my replacement to arrive. All in all, not the greatest experience with the product, but the customer service was top-notch!

    Broken UFO device

    My UFO contraption conked out on me, eh? The heating and cooling functions just up and quit, right out of the blue. I was pretty disappointed because I really enjoyed having it for my skincare routine. But, guess what? I reached out to Customer Care and Petra was an absolute gem, eh? She was so friendly and helpful while guiding me through the warranty claim process. Everything went off without a hitch and now I've got my UFO contraption up and running again, eh? Yay!
