Amazing Customer Service
Mia was great! She answered all my questions and was really nice about it. She knew everything about the product and made me feel really good about buying it. I'm really happy with the service she provided.
Warranty claim assistance
I contacted them about the warranty for a product and Marija got back to me right away with some really good solutions. Even though I took a while to follow up, she was really patient and helped me out even after a month had gone by. The customer service was way better than I expected and I'll definitely be coming back as a customer.
Luna Body replacement
I had a little problem with my Luna Body device. I reached out to customer service for help and Marija was awesome. She helped me out with submitting my claim and I got my replacement really fast. I'm happy with the support I got from the company and I love all my Foreo devices.
Silicone toothbrush for my 2 year old
I bought a silicone toothbrush for my 2 year old, and it's been amazing for his oral hygiene routine. He's actually excited to brush his teeth before bed now, which wasn't the case before. But I was a bit bummed when two bristles fell off after the first use. Luckily, customer service was quick to respond and sent me a replacement toothbrush. Their help really made a difference in my son's nightly routine, and I'm thankful for their assistance.
Facial cleansing device
Customer service was absolutely amazing, eh? The service rep was so attentive and helpful. I just wanted to share that I had a really good experience with a customer service rep recently. They were super helpful and gave me clear and concise answers. My Bear 2 died

Kiwi device purchase
I've been a customer of this company for quite some time now, eh! And I gotta say, I ran into a bit of a problem with my Kiwi device lately. But, despite it being the first hiccup I've had with their stuff, I gotta give credit where credit's due - the service I got was top-notch. The customer service rep, Danny, was super helpful and quick to help me out with my issue. She assessed the situation right away and sent me a new Kiwi device, which arrived pretty darn quick. I still have faith in the quality and reliability of their products and the company as a whole, ya know?
Bought a peach face brush in November
So, I got this face brush thing back in November, but I had to wait to use it because of a medical issue. Finally, two weeks ago I got the okay to try it out, but it totally wasn't working! Spent like 5 hours trying to get it to work, but no dice. Luckily, this really kind person named Arya stepped in to help me out and got me a replacement. The new one just came in today and it's working like a charm! I'm curious to see if it helps me not look like a yeti before summer rolls around... stay tuned!
Luna Smart Play 2 purchase
I just got the Luna Smart Play 2 and had a problem with the battery right out of the box. Even though it wasn't covered by the warranty, I contacted customer service for help. Olivia got back to me quickly and was super helpful, asking for photos and my receipt to figure out a fix. She was really attentive and made everything easy. I'm really impressed with how well Olivia and the company took care of me.

New Luna 4 Body broken
Eh, so I had a little hiccup with my brand spankin' new Luna 4 Body getting busted up, ya know? I decided to shoot customer service a message for a hand. Well, let me tell ya, they were lightning fast getting back to me, especially Marko. Not only did he reply quick as a duck on a June bug, but he was super helpful too. He asked for some snaps and a video of the issue, and I sent 'em off without delay. After checkin' things out, he walked me through the whole claims process and lo and behold, in less than a day my claim got the green light. My new Luna 4 Body showed up in no time, and man, I tell ya, I'm as pleased as a pup with two tails about the service I got from Foreo.
Bear, Bear Body, Kiwi
I just bought a Bear, Bear Body, and Kiwi from this company, and let me tell ya, I am super happy with them. I'm in my forties and I've seen a big difference in my skin and body since I started using them. The quality is top-notch, and now I'm a loyal customer. Plus, when my Bear started acting up, they quickly replaced it for me, proving they really care about keeping their customers happy.
Replacement of faulty product under warranty

Faulty device exchange process
My recent experience with getting my device exchanged at Foreo in Singapore was quite frustrating. First off, I have to say that the customer service, especially from Paula, was amazing. She really took the time to listen to my concerns and was very helpful. I would definitely give her 5 stars. However, the actual process of exchanging the device was not so great. The policy right now says that we have to go back to the store where we bought the device to get it exchanged. This is fine if the store is close by, but the Sephora stores in Singapore that sell Foreo products are not convenient for me. This makes it really hard for me to get my Luna 4+ and other Foreo devices exchanged when they are not working properly. Paula did try to help by offering to deliver my Luna 4+ to me, but there was a problem with actually exchanging the device. I was supposed to open the battery lid with a knife, which was difficult and seemed dangerous for me since I don't know much about these things. As a loyal customer of Foreo, I really hope that the company can take another look at their device exchange policies in Singapore, especially for customers like me who might need to get their devices exchanged more often because they keep having problems.
Luna 3 troubleshooting assistance
I recently had some problems with my Luna 3 device and decided to contact customer service for help. Marija was amazing! She was really nice and helpful, giving me clear and easy instructions on how to submit claims. Plus, she replied to my emails super fast, even faster than I expected for email customer service.
Warranty replacement with excellent customer service
