The customer service and user experience at this streaming service leave a lot to be desired. The two-factor authentication process is way too complicated and glitchy - even though I get the code by email, the system keeps saying it's wrong. When I tried to get help through the "contact us" page, I got a message saying my account doesn't have that feature with the subscription. It doesn't make sense to need a fancy account just to get basic customer support. In general, my experience with this streaming service has been really disappointing and frustrating.

I just got this awesome ceramic dinner set from Decobate and I gotta say, it's amazing! The quality is so good and the handmade design really adds a fancy vibe to my dining table. You can tell each piece was made with care, the little details and brushstrokes are top-notch.

So, I was trying to get these splitboard bindings, ya know? I put in an order and got an email that said everything was good. But then, like, they never even charged my card! So I waited and waited, like 3 weeks went by and still nothing. And then when I reached out to support, they told me my order got canceled because it seemed sketchy or whatever. But, like, why didn't they just let me know? And now those bindings are all sold out. Ugh, it's so frustrating.

I just bought some smart plugs and light bulbs from Avatar Controls, and I am super impressed with how well they work.
