When I contacted customer service for help, the person I spoke to was really disrespectful and made me feel like I was lying about not getting my order. The conversation went on for a while with slow responses, and all they said was, "hopefully we can fix this." It wasn't very reassuring. The lack of responsibility and help from customer service was frustrating and made me doubt if I should order from this site again. It's clear that Tactics.com needs to work on their customer service and focus more on making customers happy.

Ended up losing $75 with nothing to show for it. I wouldn't bother wasting your time or money on this website.

I just bought a snowboard jacket online from this company and the return process was a huge letdown. They only gave me back half of what I paid for the jacket, all because they claimed there was an issue with the packaging. But I followed all their return rules and the jacket was in perfect shape. And on top of that, they slapped me with an extra $10 charge for the return. It seems like this company is trying to pull a fast one, they really should be checked out for their shady ways.
