Snowboard complete
I just bought a full snowboard setup from this store and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with the whole thing. The prices were good, and on top of that, I got free shipping and my order was processed super quick. And get this, when I realized I had ordered the wrong size shoes in another order, the customer service team was on it right away to help me out. They even hooked me up with a discount code for a replacement without any fuss. I really loved the customer service I got from Tactics and I'll definitely be back soon for some protective gear. Skate decks and shoes
I've been shopping at this store since 2015 and I've always had a great experience. They have a huge selection of skate decks to choose from, which I love. I especially like that they often have team decks on sale, so I can save some cash. The products are always top quality and I've never had any problems with what I've bought. Plus, the customer service is awesome - the staff is super helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for skate decks or shoes.
Multiple orders with good discounts and fast shipping
As someone who's been ordering from Tactics quite a bit, I gotta say, they're solid. The discounts they give out are no joke, perfect for anyone watching their wallet. But what really makes them stand out is how fast they get your stuff to you - and for free, too! Every time I've ordered, it's shown up at my door in a flash. I just bought my first full skateboard from this company, and gotta say, I'm pretty impressed. My order showed up super fast and the prices were really good. Two pairs of shoes
I recently ordered two pairs of shoes from a website, hoping to try out two different sizes. Unfortunately, there were issues with my order and it didn't show up when it was supposed to. When I contacted customer service for help, the person I spoke to was really disrespectful and made me feel like I was lying about not getting my order. The conversation went on for a while with slow responses, and all they said was, "hopefully we can fix this." It wasn't very reassuring. The lack of responsibility and help from customer service was frustrating and made me doubt if I should order from this site again. It's clear that Tactics.com needs to work on their customer service and focus more on making customers happy.

I recently bought a pair of snowboard boots from this store, but I was let down by their customer service. I tried reaching out for help, but never heard back. It's really frustrating, especially when I'm in a hurry to make a purchase. It's important to feel like a valued customer and unfortunately, that was missing in my experience.

I just bought something online and wow, was I ever impressed! The delivery time was super fast and the quality of the products was top-notch. It all totally exceeded my expectations. I just ordered some stuff and it was so easy. The website is really user-friendly and shows you the shipping costs right away. A few days later, my stuff arrived all the way in Singapore in perfect condition. I definitely give it a big thumbs up!

Splitboard bindings
So, I was trying to get these splitboard bindings, ya know? I put in an order and got an email that said everything was good. But then, like, they never even charged my card! So I waited and waited, like 3 weeks went by and still nothing. And then when I reached out to support, they told me my order got canceled because it seemed sketchy or whatever. But, like, why didn't they just let me know? And now those bindings are all sold out. Ugh, it's so frustrating.
Skate shoes purchase
That was honestly the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I ordered a pair of skate shoes, but the company decided to send my order to their fraud department for who knows what reason. They sent me an email saying I had to call a specific number with my order details to confirm my purchase. I called multiple times, left voicemails, and sent emails, but got no response at all. Ended up losing $75 with nothing to show for it. I wouldn't bother wasting your time or money on this website.
Snowboarding goggles
I recently had a really disappointing experience with my purchase of snowboarding goggles from Tactics. Even though I got confirmation of the order, the goggles never showed up. When I contacted customer service, they told me the order got nixed because the shipping address and billing address were different. The person I talked to didn't seem to care and wasn't very helpful, they didn't offer any real solutions except for me to just start a new order from scratch. The lack of communication and problem-solving was super frustrating, especially since I was in a rush to leave for a snowboarding trip. I had no choice but to go on my trip with my old, beat-up goggles. I tried reaching out to management for help, but haven't heard back from them yet. All in all, I was really let down by Tactics' handling of my order and I'd recommend others to think twice before shopping there.
Bought a snowboard jacket online
I just bought a snowboard jacket online from this company and the return process was a huge letdown. They only gave me back half of what I paid for the jacket, all because they claimed there was an issue with the packaging. But I followed all their return rules and the jacket was in perfect shape. And on top of that, they slapped me with an extra $10 charge for the return. It seems like this company is trying to pull a fast one, they really should be checked out for their shady ways.
Shoes
Let me tell you about my experience with this company. So I decided to order this pair of shoes, thinking it would be a breeze. But man, was I in for a surprise! Not once, but twice, I ran into problems with my order. The first time, I went through the whole checkout process only to end up on a page to buy magazines instead of actually confirming my shoe order. Frustrating, right? So I gave it another shot, and guess what? Same issue. Ended up resorting to using PayPal to finally get my purchase through, and thank goodness that worked smoothly. But guess what? No confirmation from the company afterward. How unprofessional is that? Crazy stuff.

The customer service at this store is just so annoying. They went ahead and canceled my order without even bothering to explain why, and then had the nerve to email me saying I gave them the wrong details, which is totally not true. Dealing with them was such a pain, and you can bet I won't be coming back here.
