3 Christmas gift sets
I picked up 3 Christmas gift sets for my family, but when they showed up, there were no nice boxes and the shower gels were all loosey-goosey like they were partying. I tried phoning the hotline, but it took ages to move up just one spot. Eventually, I decided to head to the store and the manager hooked me up with some boxes. Not cool, dude.

Satisfied with product, packaging concerns
I recently bought something from Farfetch and I was pretty happy with what I got. The thing itself was really good quality and matched the description on the website. I was really impressed with how they packaged up the metal parts to make sure nothing got damaged during shipping.
There was a tiny problem though - the outer box was ripped when I got my package. It didn't affect the actual item, but it was a bit disappointing to see the packaging wasn't perfect. Farfetch might want to think about improving that for next time.

Double ticket purchase
I had a really frustrating time recently with buying tickets from a company - they sent me the wrong tickets for a specific venue and date.
