Replacement check order
I screwed up on my check order and forgot to put in some important info, but the person on the phone was super helpful and fixed it right away. They sent me new ones with all the right details, only had to pay for shipping which was reasonable. In the end, I was happy with how the company handled things.

I'm really getting annoyed by all these online orders going through USPS! They just can't seem to get it right and it's costing me time and money. I hate having to pay for return shipping and handling and still be worried about my packages getting damaged, lost, or stolen. It's like a never-ending cycle of frustration, it's so frustrating!

Deceptive auto-renewal
I used to have a subscription with this company a few years back, but it expired in 2022. However, I got a message from Paypal saying that they charged me for another yearly subscription, and there was a confirmation email in my inbox about the purchase. I didn't give permission for this, it seems like they just turned on my old account again without asking. It feels like a scam to me.

Oh my goodness, you guys! I got this super cozy sweater from Rural Haze and it is seriously amazing! The boots I bought are really awesome and the belt is just perfect. The quality is top-notch and I'm totally obsessed with everything I got. I can't wait to shop here again!

Ocean front room booking
As a Premier Member at the resort, I recently booked an ocean front room for my son and his family for a week-long vacation. However, when they arrived, they were given a subpar room at the edge of the resort. On top of that, they were asked to pay extra for an upgrade to the room they had initially reserved. This whole situation was really disappointing and it has made us decide that we won't be spending our money at this resort again.

I just bought this software and it was such a disaster! It ended up creating more headaches than fixing anything. It went ahead and removed the drivers for my mouse and keyboard, which meant I had to spend hours trying to troubleshoot the issue. On top of that, it deleted some important files I needed for a deadline, all without even asking me first!

Mother's Day bouquet purchase
I bought a bouquet for Mother's Day from this company, and I gotta say, I was really let down. I picked out the regular bouquet on their website, but what actually showed up was nothing like what they advertised. When I got in touch with customer service to complain, they didn't really have a good explanation for why the flowers were so different from the pictures online. It felt like they were trying to hide something, and I was pretty disappointed. I paid good money for that bouquet, so I was expecting better quality and service. Sadly, they didn't deliver, so I won't be buying from them again.
