Wool shirt purchase for gift
So, I bought a wool shirt from this store to give as a gift, right? Turns out, the size wasn't perfect and I had to swap it. I just got my shoes from Outland and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with how nicely they were packaged and how quickly they arrived. Smooth transaction
The customer service at this place was amazing, and the delivery was super quick. But, I did have some problems with paying on their website. They wouldn't take my credit card from another country, and PayPal was acting up. Luckily, I was able to buy the product on Amazon USA, so that fixed the issue. Besides that little hiccup, everything else went really well.

I'm really getting annoyed by all these online orders going through USPS! They just can't seem to get it right and it's costing me time and money. I hate having to pay for return shipping and handling and still be worried about my packages getting damaged, lost, or stolen. It's like a never-ending cycle of frustration, it's so frustrating!
Overpriced item
I took a risk and ignored the bad reviews, but ended up disappointed just like everyone else. I got a refund for my order without any explanation, so I had to call and ask why. They said the item was out of stock, but then it mysteriously showed up on their website and Amazon at a higher price. Seems like they're trying to pull a sneaky price change. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else, trust the other reviews.

Double charged for one order
I placed an order without making an account, filled in all my info, clicked "place your order", and nothing happened. I tried again, but still didn't get any confirmation. Later, I realized that I was charged twice on my credit card. I then made an account using the same email, but couldn't find any of my orders.
