My experience with this company was very disappointing. I bought a cashmere scarf online and was really looking forward to getting it, but instead, I got a low-quality item that was completely different. When I contacted customer service about the problem, they were not helpful and didn't take me seriously. Online order for delivery
I recently ordered something online, and boy was it a disaster. They sent it to the wrong place, and instead of owning up to it, they blamed the delivery guy. When I contacted customer service, they said they could give me my money back or send me a new one. I chose to get a replacement, and they said it would come on a certain day, but it never did. I sent a bunch of emails and got no response, so I finally called customer service. The person I talked to was super rude, and then they just hung up on me. I've bought lots of stuff online, but I've never seen such terrible service. I'm definitely not ordering from them again.

I placed an order without making an account, filled in all my info, clicked "place your order", and nothing happened. I tried again, but still didn't get any confirmation. Later, I realized that I was charged twice on my credit card. I then made an account using the same email, but couldn't find any of my orders.
