I really wish I had checked out the reviews before placing my order. The pink shawl I bought ended up bleeding all over the place and completely messed up my $400 dress. Even though they gave me a refund, I was still stuck with a ruined dress and a huge sense of disappointment.

I got this cashmere robe that was supposed to be super soft, but it was actually really scratchy. I was so disappointed because I wanted to feel like I was wrapped in a fluffy cloud. When I tried to take it back, they told me I was too late, but they would only give me a store credit. But then I looked on the website and it said I still had time to return it! Seriously, so sketchy, don't you think?

My experience with this company was very disappointing. I bought a cashmere scarf online and was really looking forward to getting it, but instead, I got a low-quality item that was completely different. When I contacted customer service about the problem, they were not helpful and didn't take me seriously. It's clear that this company doesn't have good ethics or professionalism in how they do business.

I got this sweater from them, eh? Oh my goodness, it was nothing like I thought it would be! It was a total scam, eh! The sweater looked completely different from the picture on their website, which I later found out was from a different, legit site. I tried to return it but they made it so difficult, what a rip off! I had to get PayPal involved just to get my money back. I definitely recommend staying away from this company, guys, seriously!

I bought a cashmere turtleneck from the store thinking it would be super nice, but man was I let down! The cashmere was so thin and felt really cheap, almost like they tried to make it look thicker by fluffing it up on purpose. I could just tell it was gonna start pilling after a couple wears. I wouldn't suggest getting stuff from there when there are way better quality cashmere options at other stores.

I gotta say, dealing with this company was a huge letdown. I contacted their customer service to ask about sizes before buying something, but the responses I got were either silence or straight-up lies from their stylists. One stylist took 6 whole minutes to reply to me, while the other said I could get a refund or exchange if necessary. Yet when I tried to return the item, all they offered me was store credit. The way this company is inconsistent and dishonest is just shocking.

I recently got this new sweater and it is honestly the softest thing I have ever felt! It's so warm and cozy, I just can't get enough of it. Plus, the color is really pretty and goes well with everything. I definitely think all my friends should get one too!

So, I just bought a baby blanket as a gift from this place and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. When the blanket showed up, it was just left on my friend's doorstep on a busy city street and someone swiped it before they even got a chance to grab it. I tried talking to the company for help, but they didn't give me any answers or refunds. I was really let down by their customer service and lack of accountability.

The thing didn't even look like the picture online, so I had to call customer service to send it back. There was this lady named Kathleen on the line who made me give all this personal info which was totally unnecessary, only to eventually tell me she can't do anything and to check the website. When I asked her about cancelling a backorder, she couldn't give me clear directions until I complained. And on top of that, she was complaining the entire time and not being professional. Seriously, if you review the call, you'll see what I mean.
