I thought it was a scam at first. The sweater looked nothing like the photos. I usually buy from better known places, so I was surprised. Their return process felt impossible and the explanations were vague. I ended up disputing the charge with PayPal. Slow, annoying, but PayPal helped and I got money back, not a total loss. Website images misleading, be warned.

Woke up one morning and wrapped myself in what I thought was cashmere, for cosy mornings and lazy evenings. It felt okay, but not very soft. Delivery was surprisingly quick and it arrived on time. I tried a return over the holidays and messaged twice—first silence, then told I’d missed a 15‑day window and only store credit. The site said 30 days for holiday returns but they didn’t process requests until later. A bit bummed, but service did reply in the end.

I got this cashmere robe that was supposed to be super soft, but it was actually really scratchy. I was so disappointed because I wanted to feel like I was wrapped in a fluffy cloud. When I tried to take it back, they told me I was too late, but they would only give me a store credit. But then I looked on the website and it said I still had time to return it! Seriously, so sketchy, don't you think?
