Returns & RefundsI got this cashmere robe that was supposed to be super soft, but it was actually really scratchy. I was so disappointed because I wanted to feel like I was wrapped in a fluffy cloud. When I tried to take it back, they told me I was too late, but they would only give me a store credit. But then I looked on the website and it said I still had time to return it! Seriously, so sketchy, don't you think?

Returns & RefundsI got this sweater from them, eh? Oh my goodness, it was nothing like I thought it would be! It was a total scam, eh! The sweater looked completely different from the picture on their website, which I later found out was from a different, legit site. I tried to return it but they made it so difficult, what a rip off! I had to get PayPal involved just to get my money back. I definitely recommend staying away from this company, guys, seriously!
