    Oh my goodness, I am just so impressed with Fresh! I recently took advantage of their special Christmas countdown deal and received 7 free samples which were all amazing. The gift wrap was absolutely beautiful and made my package feel even more special. The shipping and delivery were extremely quick, I got my items in no time at all. I am so pleased with everything, it feels like Christmas came early! I really wish I could give them 10 stars because they truly deserve it. Their products are fantastic too - I even received a free facial at their store and my skin was glowing afterwards. Everything is made from natural ingredients, it may be a bit pricey but definitely worth it, especially when you can get great deals like the Christmas countdown ones.

    Incorrect order, lack of customer service

    I was really disappointed with my experience at Fresh as a customer. I ordered a gift for my fiancé and got someone else's order from a different location. The customer service was terrible - their 800 phone line was awful, either disconnecting the call or going nowhere. I tried reaching out through their website contact form, left two messages, but never got a response. It seems like once Fresh has your money, they don't care about fixing any problems or giving good customer service. This lack of care for customer satisfaction is just not okay.

    Soy cleanser and rose face cream

    Oh my goodness, I absolutely adore Fresh, like for real! I always grab the soy cleanser and the rose face cream. The cleanser is like a miracle, it easily removes all my makeup in one swipe. And the rose cream is super luxurious and thick, perfect for my nighttime skincare routine. The orders always arrive right on time and the free gifts are the cherry on top, I mean who doesn't love getting freebies?! I'm definitely going to be a loyal Fresh customer for life!

    My order was super late

    I ordered my stuff ages ago and it still hasn't been shipped! I even tried to get a refund but they said they shipped it after I canceled. What a joke! I sent them an email asking for a refund but they didn't even bother replying. Their customer service is terrible.

    So, I gotta say, my recent encounter with this online grocery store really bummed me out. The folks on the customer service team weren't quite as helpful as I was expecting. And to top it off, the problem with my order took way too long to get sorted out, which meant I couldn't snag the discount I was counting on. It was super annoying to have to get my bank involved to deal with a transaction issue that didn't even end up with me getting the stuff I ordered.

    Rose Hydrator toner without cap

    Hey, so I bought this Rose Hydrator toner, but you won't believe it, there was no cap included in the bottle! I tried calling customer service, but they never picked up. I also sent messages through their website, but still heard nothing back. Honestly, I'm done with them. I think I'll give other beauty brands a shot next time.

    I recently ordered something online, and boy was it a disaster. They sent it to the wrong place, and instead of owning up to it, they blamed the delivery guy. When I contacted customer service, they said they could give me my money back or send me a new one. I chose to get a replacement, and they said it would come on a certain day, but it never did. I sent a bunch of emails and got no response, so I finally called customer service. The person I talked to was super rude, and then they just hung up on me. I've bought lots of stuff online, but I've never seen such terrible service. I'm definitely not ordering from them again.

    I found the ordering process to be really smooth and easy. I had no problems selecting and customizing my organic produce options. However, the service wasn't great. I had trouble getting in touch with a question. Even though I emailed my query, I never got a response that actually answered my concern. When I tried to call for help, they told me to submit a request online because they were really busy. It was disappointing to not receive proper help and it left me feeling frustrated and ignored. As someone who cares about my health and is pretty knowledgeable, good communication and responsiveness are important to me. This company fell short in that area.

    Unfulfilled order

    So, like, I gotta say, ordering from this company has been a total letdown. Like, I placed my order and then nada, never got my package. According to UPS, my stuff got all messed up in transit and went back to where it came from. I've been trying to get my money back for two weeks now, but no luck. Ain't heard back from anyone, all my emails and messages just sitting there, and every time I call customer service it goes straight to voicemail. Just no response at all, you know?

    Smoothie and avocado toast

    I went to Fresh and grabbed myself a delicious smoothie and avocado toast. The smoothie was so refreshing and the avocado toast was seasoned just right. But can you believe it? They totally forgot to put avocado on my toast! Like, seriously, how do you miss putting avocado on avocado toast?! It still tasted good, but c'mon, don't forget the avocado next time, okay!

    I got a product that I didn't even order, and I was so frustrated to find out that I have to pay to send it back. When I tried to call customer service, no one picked up. It made me feel like I got ripped off and let down.
