I had a frustrating experience with the company's billing system. They overcharged me in GBP instead of EUR for a year's worth of service. To make it worse, my previous invoices disappeared and were replaced with one from a different country. When I contacted customer service to fix the mistakes, they blamed it on a "billing platform migration". They promised to refund the extra charge promptly, but three months have gone by and I still haven't seen any money back. This makes me question their integrity. I expected better from a well-known VPN service. If they had taken immediate action, it would have shown me they are committed to making things right and providing good customer service. Sadly, this experience has made me lose trust in them, and I won't be using their services anymore.
