VPN purchase
As much as I'd really like to give this VPN top marks, there are a few things that bug me. Every now and then, when I'm trying to connect to a certain country, the IP address that pops up is not what I was hoping for. And sometimes, the kill switch doesn't kick in right away, taking a bit too long to start working, so I have to launch the app first. The VPN does its job well and gets the job done, but these little issues hold me back from giving it a perfect score.
VPN purchase
As someone who's been using this VPN service, I've run into a few issues with certain protocols not working like they should, which raises some privacy and location concerns. And even though the servers are okay, there's definitely some room for improvement when it comes to speed and performance. I think making these parts of the service better would really help out folks looking for a trustworthy and effective VPN option.
Slow to connect with MacOS Catalina
Oh my goodness, this VPN is such a pain to connect on my Mac! And it seems like my iPhone is always running in the background with it, completely draining the battery. But once it finally connects, it's smooth sailing - super fast and never loses connection, even after using it for years on all my devices.
Connection issues
The VPN app on my Windows 10 kept making my internet cut out with no warning. I had to keep turning the VPN on and off to get my internet back. I found some tips online that helped me fix the problem and now everything is running fine.

Eh, so I just got this thing, eh? I tried it out a while back and it was just okay. I'm living in China, right, and I heard this one's supposed to be good for that, so I figured I'd give it another shot. Tried to connect with the fancy Chameleon thing first, thought it was gonna be great, but it wouldn't work at all! Ended up connecting with WireWard instead using the automatic thing. It's doing the job for now, but not getting my hopes up too high, you know what I mean?
Affordable but spotty performance
The VPN was pretty cheap at first and mostly worked fine for a couple of years. But, it had trouble connecting to a lot of public wifi networks, which might be because of Vypr or the network settings. Some servers far away had slow speeds, so it was better to just stick to nearby countries for a better connection. Lately, I had a hard time trying to install the VPN on my laptop because Avast kept blocking the installation file, and the support team couldn't really help me out until I figured it out on my own.
Inconsistent performance, frustrating setup
I was pretty impressed with the VPN performance at first, but once Windows needed an update, things went downhill fast. Trying to get it working properly again turned into a real nightmare. I kept having to uninstall and reinstall it, and every time I did, I lost my internet connection. Setting up a VPN shouldn't be this frustrating, especially for someone like me who isn't a tech whiz.
Quick and easy purchase
Eh, so I decided to try out this VPN thing that everyone was talking about. It was supposed to be amazing, you know? But to be honest, it was just okay. Sometimes it did the job, other times, it was pretty disappointing. Plus, it costs $80 a year which is a lot of cash, eh? Especially when there are free options that actually work better. I don't think I'll bother with it again unless they seriously step up their game, eh.
VPN service
As a user of this VPN service, I just wanted to mention how much I really appreciate the fast replies I get when I have a question about the app. But, I think it would be super helpful if there were more servers running at the same time and keeping a steady speed to make the connection even better. I've had some trouble with the connection at specific times during the day because there are only a few servers to connect to. It's been kind of a downside for me as a customer to not have consistent server availability.
