As someone who's been using this VPN service, I've run into a few issues with certain protocols not working like they should, which raises some privacy and location concerns. As much as I'd really like to give this VPN top marks, there are a few things that bug me. Every now and then, when I'm trying to connect to a certain country, the IP address that pops up is not what I was hoping for. And sometimes, the kill switch doesn't kick in right away, taking a bit too long to start working, so I have to launch the app first. The VPN does its job well and gets the job done, but these little issues hold me back from giving it a perfect score.
