Vacation booking experience
It was so annoying! We tried to book the tickets at 1 pm but they said they were closed and couldn't give us the price we wanted. We won't be booking with them again, that's for sure.
Ocean front room booking
As a Premier Member at the resort, I recently booked an ocean front room for my son and his family for a week-long vacation. However, when they arrived, they were given a subpar room at the edge of the resort. On top of that, they were asked to pay extra for an upgrade to the room they had initially reserved. This whole situation was really disappointing and it has made us decide that we won't be spending our money at this resort again.
Best holiday ever
We've been around the block and stayed in some fancy hotels, but none of them compare to this one. We like to explore new places, but we keep coming back to this hotel because it's just top-notch. It's adults-only and has a spa, salon, gym, restaurants, room service, and more - all included! You might need to pay a little extra for certain things at the spa, but trust me, it's worth it. It's super convenient to the airport and right by the beach with waitstaff always ready to bring you drinks. The rooms are spacious, the food and drinks are amazing, and the staff is incredibly friendly. They cook your meals just the way you like and make sure you have everything you need. This place is so relaxing and enjoyable, we're already looking forward to our next trip back!
Membership purchase
Our stay at the hotels was pretty good, rooms were nice, food and drinks were okay. But, we messed up by buying a membership which turned out to be a really bad choice. The perks they advertised during the sales pitch were not what they seemed, and they expired pretty quickly. The membership doesn't offer much, just supposed "discounted" rates that you can easily find online. Plus, if there's a problem, we can only deal with it in a court in Mexico, which is a hassle.
They said we could trade in our timeshare, but the paperwork got messed up and it ended up costing us more money and lost stays. When we tried to complain, they sent us to some shady broker who tried to scam us. In the end, Palace Resorts memberships aren't worth the crazy prices they charge.College graduation celebration at a hotel in Jamaica
Sorry bud, but let me tell you about my run-in with this one employee, Ms. Simpson - a real piece of work, I tell ya. Totally rude and unprofessional. She gave me attitude for no reason, rolling her eyes and disrespecting me the whole time we were talking. Ended up having to cancel the package she hooked me up with because of her terrible attitude. The hotel itself was alright, beds were comfy, and the food was decent. Can't knock the view from my room either. But Ms. Simpson really put a damper on things. They should really think about giving her some training in how to treat guests right. On the other hand, folks like Guest Service Stassi Duncan were top-notch, professional and friendly as can be.
Our favorite holiday spot
We've been to your resorts a bunch of times, in both spots, and let me tell you, it's like paradise. The customer service is top of the line, the staff are super friendly, the rooms are always clean and spacious, and the food is just the bomb. We just can't stay away because it's hands down the best vacation we've ever had. Totally recommend it!
Got a vacation package to Cancun
My family and I planned a trip to Cancun, expecting to stay at this really luxurious resort, but man, were we wrong! It was a total disaster! They hit us with extra fees for stuff we didn't even need, and they were shady about trying to squeeze more money out of us. We should have just gone with Expedia from the start and saved ourselves all the hassle. It feels like they're out to get people's wallets!
All-inclusive resort stay
I recently stayed at an all-inclusive resort and let me tell you, it was a bit of a letdown. The folks working there were really pushy about getting guests to sit through a time-sharing spiel, and nobody mentioned this when I booked or checked in. I felt like they were laying on the sales pitch pretty thick, and it honestly put a damper on my whole resort experience. I think honesty and being upfront are super important in the hospitality business, and this situation definitely missed the mark.
