I was super excited to receive my new clothes from this store, but it all went wrong! I placed my order on December 24th, but it's taking so long and I still haven't received anything. I sent emails to inquire, but no one responded! And when I attempted to chat with someone online, they just kept telling me they were looking into it, but no progress was made. I even reached out to the shipping company, and they confirmed the delay was caused by the store, not them. Ugh, so annoying! Definitely won't be shopping here again.

I've been a faithful customer of this brand for quite a while, and I gotta say I've always been impressed with how good their stuff is. Their hair gel holds great without making my hair feel all stiff, and their hairspray keeps my hairstyle looking fresh all day long. I've tested out plenty of other brands, but I always end up coming back to this one because it just works so well and I can always count on it.

We've been to your resorts a bunch of times, in both spots, and let me tell you, it's like paradise. The customer service is top of the line, the staff are super friendly, the rooms are always clean and spacious, and the food is just the bomb. We just can't stay away because it's hands down the best vacation we've ever had. Totally recommend it!
