I ordered something about a month ago and it still hasn't shown up! I got an email saying it was shipped but I can't find it anywhere. I even sent an email to customer service but haven't heard back from anyone. This is not cool, dude.

OMG, can you believe it? I was a huge fan of this store, but now I am seriously angry! They have really raised their prices, like come on, that's not fair. I recommended this place to my whole family and now I feel so bad about it. Why do they have to be so sneaky with their prices, just be upfront and honest! I even looked at the original brand's website and their items are much cheaper. I can't show you pictures here, but believe me, it's true. Do not shop here, you'll just be let down like I was 😠

I was super excited to receive my new clothes from this store, but it all went wrong! I placed my order on December 24th, but it's taking so long and I still haven't received anything. I sent emails to inquire, but no one responded! And when I attempted to chat with someone online, they just kept telling me they were looking into it, but no progress was made. I even reached out to the shipping company, and they confirmed the delay was caused by the store, not them. Ugh, so annoying! Definitely won't be shopping here again.

Oh man, I was so pleasantly surprised by how fast Modanisa got back to me after I left a review about that faulty Abaya I bought. They actually called me up to chat about the issue, and then they went ahead and hooked me up with a discount coupon for the same amount that I paid for the Abaya, even though I had already gotten rid of it. And get this - the customer service team even called again to make sure I got the discount coupon. So, I decided to use the coupon to snag a coat, and what do you know, it arrived today! Gotta give it to Modanisa, their communication and service skills are seriously on point.

So yeah, I ordered a couple dresses from Modanisa and one of 'em came with loose stitching and was way too short for my taste. I got in touch with customer service right away to ask for a refund, and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with the quality. But you know what? Modanisa got back to me real quick and offered a refund, which was awesome. The whole thing went smoothly and I was really pleased with how it all turned out.

This company is just terrible to deal with. I bought something from them and I really wish I hadn't. They sent me so many spam emails, and when I tried to unsubscribe, I found out they made it tricky by removing the link. It made me feel really irritated and upset. And to top it off, the clothes I got were not good quality. The material was cheap and started falling apart after one wash. What a waste of my time and money.

I gotta say, I was super happy with the stuff I bought from this company. The quality was seriously top-notch and I was blown away by all the different options they had to offer.

I bought some bonnets from your store not too long ago and I must say, I was really disappointed. The sizes were all wrong compared to what was shown on your website. I reached out to customer service right away and even sent them some pictures of the bonnets like they asked. But then they wanted me to take individual pictures of each bonnet with a measuring tape, which honestly didn't make any sense. They were all pretty much the same size and most of them were dark, so it was really hard to see the details.

OMG, I just made my first online purchase for modest outfits and it was amazing! The prices were so good for the high-quality outfits I received. At first, I was skeptical and thought "No way, this is too good to be true," but then my package showed up at my door in just three days! I was pleasantly surprised. I came across this website from an ad and now it's going to be my favorite place to order modest outfits from Turkey. Huge thank you to Modanisa for the great service!

I recently bought a Cardigan from this website and I was so disappointed with it. When I tried to put it on, it ripped right away. It wasn't even tight, just really poor quality. I paid £18 for it but when I tried to return it, they said the delivery cost would be £15, so I would only get a £3 refund. And on top of that, when I tried to write an honest review on their website, they blocked it and wouldn't let it be posted. It's obvious they don't want to hear the truth from their customers and just want to hide any negative feedback.

I just bought some clothes and things from this online store. When I got my order, the sizes were wrong. So I sent them back, but got charged for delivery on each item. And they didn't give me back one outfit that was pricey, still no idea where it went. It cost me $60. The customer service here is not good, always making mistakes and excuses.

This entire ordeal just felt like a huge rip-off. Honestly, I never want to shop here again.

Gotta tell you, Modanisa's customer service is top-notch. They always reply to emails super fast and sort out any problems right away. Their care for customers is really something special. And don't even get me started on the quality of their products - it's excellent. As a Muslim woman living in the USA, I'm grateful to have a trustworthy place to buy elegant hijab outfits. Modanisa is my number one online store for all things modest fashion. Huge thanks to the awesome team at Modanisa for making shopping with them such a great experience!

I tried to cancel my order, but it was already shipped by the time they got to my request. Now I have to pay extra to send it back, which is really annoying and not convenient at all.

I just bought a black abaya dress from this website and yikes, the size was way off. I tried to contact customer service through email and WhatsApp a bunch of times but they were no help at all and wouldn't give me a refund. I'm so annoyed about this and definitely won't be buying from them again.

Your service is amazing, so quick and awesome. Every time I receive my order, it's packaged so nicely and the clothes fit just right. Do you think you could bring in more cool brands like Armine, Doque, keira, you know? It would be awesome if there were more styles of clothes to choose from. But all in all, I really enjoy shopping here!
