Snowboard complete
I just bought a full snowboard setup from this store and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with the whole thing. The prices were good, and on top of that, I got free shipping and my order was processed super quick. And get this, when I realized I had ordered the wrong size shoes in another order, the customer service team was on it right away to help me out. They even hooked me up with a discount code for a replacement without any fuss. I really loved the customer service I got from Tactics and I'll definitely be back soon for some protective gear. Jacket
I'm really bummed out about my experience at that store. I bought a jacket thinking that their "free returns" offer would give me peace of mind just in case it didn't fit right. But, man, it's been a nightmare trying to return it! I've asked for a return label and RMA multiple times, but haven't had any luck getting the process started. The customer service replies I got just gave me a ticket number and some vague promise of a reply that seemed automated and not genuine. And when I tried to use their return portal, it just took me to a 404 error page, which only made me more frustrated and made me feel like I was tricked. Now I'm stuck with a jacket I can't wear, and I'd advise others to steer clear of that store to avoid going through the same mess.

Climbing/bouldering shoes, running, hiking, and ski boots
My experience with the products from this brand has been a bit of a roller coaster, eh. Their climbing shoes and hiking boots have been top-notch and lasted a long time. But when it comes to my running shoes, they just caused me a lot of pain after only a few wears. It was disappointing, to say the least. And don't even get me started on the ski boots. The La Sportiva Spitfire 2.1 Alpine touring boots I snagged at a discount were a huge disappointment. The buckles, straps, and liner all fell apart within the first month, making them pretty much useless on the slopes, eh. And when I reached out to the company about it, they didn't even bother getting back to me. It was pretty disheartening, to be honest.

T-shirt arrival
So, I ordered this t-shirt thinking it would be totally awesome, but when it arrived, there were loose threads everywhere! I was thinking, seriously, what kind of deal is this? I could find a better shirt in the discount section of the store! And when I tried to send it back, they asked me to cover some of the shipping costs! Like, come on, what a rip off! International shipping
I just made a purchase for international shipping and it didn't go well. I ended up getting hit with an extra $25 for shipping and then had to fork over $75 for import taxes from the shipping company. All in all, I ended up paying twice as much for the products, which really sucked. To make matters worse, I can't even get back the 20% VAT I paid on the product in Switzerland.
