I'm really excited about my new hoodies and sneakers, eh! The shipping was quick, only took 10 days from when I ordered, even though I'm up here in Canada. They warned me it might take longer because of Covid-19, but it came right on time. The customer service was great, they got back to me right away and answered all my questions. I bought a pair of winter boots online and was really happy with how quickly they arrived and how perfect they looked. "Trouble finding order information"
At first, I was feeling a bit frustrated because I couldn't find my order info, but then I found it in my junk mail. The customer service team got back to me super quick and they were really helpful in sorting out my problem. I do think it would be easier to find their contact info on the website and my order number in my account though. Even with these little annoyances, they were able to fix my issue thanks to their fast response.

I was searching for this one bag in a specific color, and I finally found it at 'this store'. I was a bit hesitant at first, but after doing some research, I decided to go for it. And you know what? Hey, I just got this super cool bag from a store in Italy and it's amazing! I ordered it and it arrived in just 9 days, really fast. And guess what? It was more than half off! Black Friday order from US
Great service all around. I ordered on Black Friday and got a quick email the next day about duty charges. It was nice to know about the fees ahead of time. My package came on December 7th, earlier than I thought, and everything was in good shape.
