I'm really upset about my experience at this store. I ordered something weeks ago and still haven't gotten it. When I talked to customer service about it, all they said was to call UPS. I did what they said and made a claim with UPS, but I haven't heard anything since. This lack of communication is not okay and I feel really annoyed and cheated. I guess I'll have to talk to my bank now to try and fix this problem.

Great service all around. I ordered on Black Friday and got a quick email the next day about duty charges. It was nice to know about the fees ahead of time. My package came on December 7th, earlier than I thought, and everything was in good shape.

I absolutely adore your website! I used to live in France, but now I'm in Canada and I still get my fancy clothes shipped to me from the US. It feels like a little luxury every time they show up, even though the delivery fees are a bit steep!
New designer pants
So, I ordered something from this site for the first time and it was honestly a terrible experience. They said the item was "brand new & deadstock," but when I got it, the tag inside was barely hanging on. And to top it off, the original off-white product bag was missing, they just threw the pants in a plastic bag from the company and sent it in a brown box. I tried reaching out to customer service but got no response at all. Paying $300 for some pants and getting them in such bad shape was just not cool. I won't be buying from them again.
