CommunicationI'm really upset about my experience at this store. I ordered something weeks ago and still haven't gotten it. When I talked to customer service about it, all they said was to call UPS. I did what they said and made a claim with UPS, but I haven't heard anything since. This lack of communication is not okay and I feel really annoyed and cheated. I guess I'll have to talk to my bank now to try and fix this problem.
