    Summer clothing

    I gotta say, I was really impressed with how efficient and reliable this company is. I've always had good experiences as a customer at Old Navy. My order of summer clothes came even sooner than I expected, which was a nice little surprise. Unfortunately, couple things were missing, but when I called customer service they really took care of it quickly and smoothly. It was so easy to get a hold of a real person compared to other companies where you're on hold forever. Just 5 minutes later and my missing items were on their way to me. I really appreciate how hassle-free and fast they fixed the problem. This positive experience has definitely made me a loyal customer, and I'll for sure keep shopping at Old Navy in the future.

    Nursing cami order mix-up

    The customer service at this store is great, but let me tell you about my recent experience with their online ordering. I ordered a nursing cami but got a child's outfit instead. When I reached out for help, they were nice, but the company's policy was disappointing. Instead of owning up to their mistake, Old Navy wanted me to return the wrong item and reorder the right one. I had to go to the post office and deal with the process, all because of their error. The burden was all on me as the customer, which just isn't right. It was frustrating and made me feel like they didn't value my time or efforts at all.

    Oh, hey! I just went on a little shopping trip and found the most adorable clothes that actually fit me! It's awesome that they're offering a wider range of sizes now, so everyone can score something they love. The staff were super helpful in helping me choose some awesome outfits.     I had a little problem with my order where I didn't get one of the items I ordered, but let me tell you, the customer service I got when I asked for help through the chat box on the website was top-notch!     I recently had a super disappointing experience with my online orders from this store, eh. I've been a faithful customer, ordering stuff every week for my family. But lately, I've been noticing that I'm missing some items but still getting charged for 'em! It's been happening for a while, but I only caught on when I realized I was missing and getting charged for 4 things in one order. So, I started checking every order super carefully, and every month, I found something missing that I was charged for. They usually gave me a refund for missing items, but what really upset me was when I didn't get the Easter shirt for my son's first Easter, and they wouldn't refund me, eh. That was it for me - I'm done with this store and all their linked companies.

    Lost credit card issue

    I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this store when I lost my credit card linked to my account. I called the new credit card company they switched to, Barclays, on 6/20/2022 to report my card stolen. Unfortunately, Barclays didn't cancel my card, and charges were made on 6/27/2022. I contacted Barclays again about the unauthorized charges, and it's been almost two years now and the charges are still on my credit account. I've asked multiple times for them to resolve the issue, and close the account until it's sorted out, but nothing has been done. This situation has left me extremely disappointed as I used to be a very satisfied customer.

    I just bought something online from some company I never heard of before. I got an email receipt after I paid for it, but I didn't recognize the name at all. I thought it might be one of those scam emails, so I marked it as spam right away. I'm crossing my fingers that it was just a fluke and I won't be getting any more emails from them.

    Let me tell ya, the clothes I ordered were amazing! The fabric was super soft and comfy, just like in the pic. And to top it off, the delivery was right on schedule, which is key for me.     Return policy experience

    I had a rough go with the return policy at this store recently. I was just a bit past the deadline for returns, and even though I was cool with getting store credit instead of cash back, they weren't willing to bend the rules. I even suggested taking less money than I originally paid for the item, but they wouldn't give an inch. Their strict policy really didn't sit right with me and has me questioning if I want to shop there again.

    I had a really annoying experience at the store the other day. I bought a pair of jeans but had to exchange them for a different size. When I went back to the store, they told me I had to pay extra for the exchange since it was an online order. The person at the cash register returned the money to my old Visa card that I no longer used, so I had to pay with my own money and wait for the refund. The whole situation left me feeling frustrated with the poor communication and customer service.

    I recently ordered something online and it was a total nightmare. The company decided to use UPS for delivery, even though I've had bad experiences with them in the past.     Poor sizing and delivery experience

    My recent online shopping experience was just awful. The delivery was delayed by two whole weeks, which was super frustrating and disappointing. And to top it all off, despite ordering everything in a size Medium, the items came in all different sizes - some way too big, some way too small. That sizing mess was a real bummer, especially since I've never had this problem with other stores before. Plus, they totally mixed up the delivery method too - first saying it would be at a UPS Store without telling me which one, then surprising me with USPS in the end. It was all so disorganized. And trying to get a refund has been a nightmare - I've emailed, called, and chatted online multiple times, but still no solution after waiting for over a month and a half. Ugh.

    So, I ordered a bunch of new clothes from this store, ya know? But when the package showed up, half of my stuff was missing! What's that all about? The box wasn't even messed up, the person who packed it just forgot some of my clothes. And get this, they won't give me a refund!     I recently had a frustrating experience with an online purchase from a store that's part of Gap Inc. After getting my order, I noticed that one of the items I bought was missing. I tried filling out a claim form following the customer service instructions, but my claim got denied. I kept trying to fix things, but ended up being told to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge, even though I used the store's credit card. It was a long and frustrating process that has me thinking twice about shopping at any of Gap Inc's stores in the future.

    As a single mom of two, I gotta stretch my dollars when it comes to buying clothes for my kiddos. But man, my recent online shopping was a bust. Got a notification saying my order was dropped off, but when I checked, no sign of it anywhere. And their tracking system? Totally useless. Reached out to customer service for help, but got nowhere. It sucks to see a company pull this kinda shady move on folks like me who work hard, especially when it's for something as important as kids' clothes.
