I just picked up a new battery for my toothbrush and it's working great! It's like having a whole new toothbrush. The charging process is smooth too. The only funny part was how big the packaging was for such a small battery, but it did the trick.

Language learning course
The course showed me a cool way to make props out of parts of words to help me learn characters. They split the characters into beginning and ending sounds, and had different actors play each type of sound. This way made it easier for me to learn because it was more organized. Even though it still takes work and focus, having a solid plan has really inspired me and shown me how to get to my language goals.

Whiskey advent calendar disappointment
Our holiday season excitement quickly turned to a bummer when we opened the whiskey advent calendar on the 24th day and found out the sample was broken. I was annoyed and reached out to customer service to ask for a replacement. To my surprise, I got a quick response from Mickalia who gave me some options to fix the problem. Their customer service was amazing and made me believe in Flaviar again. Even though we had a hiccup, we're already looking forward to next year's advent calendar. I highly recommend Flaviar for their awesome products and great customer service.

Lost credit card issue
I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this store when I lost my credit card linked to my account. I called the new credit card company they switched to, Barclays, on 6/20/2022 to report my card stolen. Unfortunately, Barclays didn't cancel my card, and charges were made on 6/27/2022. I contacted Barclays again about the unauthorized charges, and it's been almost two years now and the charges are still on my credit account. I've asked multiple times for them to resolve the issue, and close the account until it's sorted out, but nothing has been done. This situation has left me extremely disappointed as I used to be a very satisfied customer.

Espresso cup set gift
So, I recently bought this espresso cup set as a gift and it was a disaster. Instead of getting the plain cups I wanted, my family member ended up with a bunch of super bright teacups that were all broken when they arrived. The packaging was not good at all, and the customer service was basically non-existent. I tried reaching out multiple times through email and their website, but got no response. It's crazy that there's no phone number to call these days. Long story short, I had to go through the whole process of disputing the charge with my credit card company just to get my money back. Total nightmare!

Misleading product received
I recently bought something and ended up getting the wrong thing, which was a bummer. Instead of the shoes I wanted, I got a pair that was totally different in style and price. When I reached out to customer service to try and sort things out, they were no help at all and didn't seem to know what was going on. It's pretty disappointing to see a well-known company not taking responsibility. Honestly, I didn't think Florsheim would be involved in shady stuff like this.

Structured bag purchase
As someone who loves shopping for fancy fashion stuff, I always look for top-notch quality and accuracy when checking out products online. Sadly, the bag I got from that brand didn't live up to my expectations. It was supposed to be soft and luxurious like they showed on their website, but it turned out to be hard and stiff when it arrived. That was a big letdown for me. I felt like I got duped and it was a real bummer. To make things worse, the customer service reps first agreed they messed up but then told me I had to keep the bag even though I wasn't happy with it.
