    Leather bag repair

    As a long-time customer of your brand, I was really let down by the customer service I got when I tried to fix a hardware piece on my leather bag. Even though I've had this bag for over 10 years, I was told they couldn't help me without a receipt from the website. It just doesn't make sense - not everyone keeps receipts for that long, and people buy things from all over. It was disappointing how inflexible and unsympathetic they were about it. That's just not what I would expect from a high-end brand.

    Big sweater, returned for smaller size

    So yeah, I ordered this really huge sweater from the website and it arrived super quick in the UK, like only 3-4 days! But when I tried it on, it was way too big, more like a dress! So I had to send it back and get a smaller size. The return process was a breeze, just did it online and the courier picked it up. Got my refund in no time and then ordered the smaller size sweater, which came without any issues. Didn't even need to contact customer service, everything went really smoothly. Can't complain at all!

    Blue camera bag

    So about a month ago, I bought this really nice blue camera bag, you know? And now, both corners are totally worn out with no leather left on them! I was really frustrated, so I reached out to them and they were all like "nah, it's because you used it too much." But seriously, that doesn't even make sense since it's only been a month! I thought that if I invested so much on a bag, they would at least try to help me out, but nope. So now, I'm not going to buy from them again, ugh!

    Bag repair delay

    I sent my bag in for a small fix nearly a year ago and they still have it. I paid in advance and every time I reach out to customer service, they say there are delays. I get it, Covid caused some holdups, but 11 months is a bit much. This bag means a lot to me, so this long wait is really stressing me out and making me frustrated.

    Recent purse purchase

    I went and bought a purse at this store not too long ago, and let me tell you, I was pretty disappointed with the whole thing. The service was just awful! Then, out of the blue, I see that they've lowered the price of the purse by $400. I gave them a call right away to see if they would match the new price, but they didn't even consider it. The people on the phone were so rude and unhelpful, it seemed like they couldn't care less about me as a customer. I even asked to talk to a manager, but they couldn't give me a clear idea on when I could expect a call back. Dealing with a company that only seems to care about money and not their customers is just so frustrating.

    I got myself a PS11 bag on sale from the website not too long ago. But, when the package arrived, it was all wrong - they sent me the cheapest thing on the list by mistake. So, I reached out to customer service right away to sort out a return and they said they'd schedule a pickup. They didn't even apologize or explain when I'd get the right item though. Even after reaching out a few times, all I got were basic responses and my questions went unanswered. I had to change my plans and stick around home for the pickup, but turns out it was actually scheduled for the day after. The lack of communication and organization from customer service was a real letdown. Now, I'm worried about getting my refund smoothly and I've made a new order in hopes of a better experience.

    So, you know how I picked up this really cute top on sale and oh my gosh, turns out you can't even return sale stuff. Like, seriously?! If it doesn't fit, you're kinda just stuck with it.     I can't believe the awful customer service I got from this brand! I waited weeks for a response before finally hearing back. They said they would pay for my dry cleaning after I paid, but then they went silent until I followed up. It was my first time trying a luxury brand, and it will definitely be my last. They can keep the dress and my money - I'm finished with them.

    First-time buyer, defect handbag

    So, I went to this store for the first time and honestly, I was super disappointed with how things turned out. The handbag I bought was all messed up, and the customer service I got was not great at all. I was really hoping for better quality control, especially considering how much I shelled out for that bag.

    When I tried to get help about the defect, it took them almost two weeks to sort it out. And instead of just sending me a new bag, they sent me a little bag of bolts to fix it myself. Like, really? I was so annoyed and not happy with how everything went down.

    On top of that, the bag was just packaged in a boring dust bag inside a plain old paper box. Like, where's the luxury in that? Overall, my first time shopping with them was a letdown, and I definitely won't be going back in the future.

    Sweater not received

    I'm totally fed up with the terrible customer service at this place. I ordered a sweater, but all I got was a lousy t-shirt. It's been three weeks and still no refund. Can you believe it? And now they won't give me my money back until they get their t-shirt back. But get this - I don't even have a printer, so now I have to waste more time and money just to get my refund. It's ridiculous!

    Hey there, I wanted to share my experience with a cardigan I bought at your store recently. Honestly, I felt it was way too pricey for the quality I got. The cardigan looked really nice and well-fitted in the photos, but when I got it, I was kind of let down. The wool felt cheap and like it might have been recycled. The yarn quality wasn't great either - after wearing it just once, I saw it was starting to get worn out near the buttons. I don't think that's what you'd expect from a $400+ cardigan. I've seen similar styles at places like COS and & Other Stories for way better prices. I'm pretty bummed about this purchase and don't think I'll shop at your store again. Thanks for listening.

    Sweater purchase through Affirm

    I tried so hard to get them to take back the sweater I bought with Affirm, but they refused because it was a final sale. I first tried to buy it from Neiman Marcus, who said they didn't have it, but then they found it and shipped it to me the very next day. Now I'm stuck with two Affirm loans and a sweater I don't even like. Proenza Schouler won't accept a return, and now I have to deal with a $100 finance charge. It's just not fair.
