I bought some new workout clothes the other day and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with the customer service. They claimed to have great customer support, but it was super hard to actually talk to someone for help. When I tried calling the number they gave, all I got was a voicemail and no idea when I'd hear back. And don't even get me started on their email support - no response there either. And to top it all off, they say they have Chat support but I couldn't find any link or way to access it on their website. It was frustrating to hit all these roadblocks just trying to get some help with my purchase.

I'm really disappointed with the service I got after buying a bag from this brand. I sent back a bag with scratched metal hardware that looked like it was dragged on concrete. It's been 21 days since they got my return, and I still haven't got my money back. How can a fancy brand like this have such bad service? It's not right to pay a lot for a luxury item and then get damaged goods and have trouble getting a refund. This whole thing leaves a bad feeling, and I won't shop here again for sure.
