I was so disappointed with the customer service, it's like you can only talk to a real person if you pay extra. I deal with a lot of companies, but this one is definitely the worst when it comes to customer service!

Christmas purchases
I gotta say, I had a really good time shopping at that store. The website was super easy to use, the pictures of the stuff were clear and detailed. I bought some T-Shirts and Hoodies for Christmas, and I was really impressed with how good the quality was. Not only that, but the people I gifted them to loved them too. Overall, I'm really happy with what I got and I'll definitely be going back for more in the future.

Perfume order
Even though the perfume was top-notch, I had a really bad time with customer service. I ordered a bunch of scents, but only got half of them. I tried reaching out through email and Instagram, but still haven't heard back even after a whole month. It's really frustrating that a company like this doesn't bother to keep in touch with its customers. All I got were automated responses that didn't even solve my problem. To sum it up, dealing with customer service was just awful and I wouldn't suggest buying from them again because of this terrible service.

Signed up for a trial
I tried out that flight deal thing for free, but they didn't give me any flights from my favorite airport or to the place I wanted. When I asked for a refund because they weren't responding, they cancelled my trial and said no refund! Not cool at all. And good luck trying to get in touch with them - no contact info on their website.

Graphic assets purchase
I gotta say, I was actually really impressed with the graphic assets I bought from this website. The site was easy to use, and I found exactly what I needed quickly without having to scroll through a bunch of low-quality images. Other websites often have graphics that look like old screen savers, but this one had a bunch of high-quality options. Whether I needed images for presentations, social media, or blogs, I always found something good on here. And the prices are super reasonable! Who knew you could get such great graphics for such good prices? This site is definitely my new favorite.

Sweater purchased advertised as 100% merino wool
I just bought a sweater online from this brand that was supposed to be 100% merino wool. But surprise, surprise, when I got the sweater, it turned out to only have 30% wool and the rest was synthetic stuff. And to top it off, the sweater was made in China, even though the brand talks a big game about quality and luxury. I was pretty let down by the false advertising and the fact that the quality wasn't as great as I expected, especially since it wasn't exactly cheap. It's pretty disappointing to see a brand that brags about premium products pulling shady moves like that.

I posted a picture of my sister's dog and ordered a blanket with the picture on it. It finally came in the mail a few weeks later and the quality of the picture was amazing! The only thing that would have been even better is if they had shown me a picture of the blanket before it arrived.
