Even though the perfume was top-notch, I had a really bad time with customer service. I ordered a bunch of scents, but only got half of them. I tried reaching out through email and Instagram, but still haven't heard back even after a whole month. It's really frustrating that a company like this doesn't bother to keep in touch with its customers. All I got were automated responses that didn't even solve my problem. To sum it up, dealing with customer service was just awful and I wouldn't suggest buying from them again because of this terrible service.

I ordered that perfume Michelle Pfeifer was talking about on TV. Supposed to be this big Discovery Box and when I got it, just tiny samples of perfumes! Ugh, so annoying.
