Perfume order
Even though the perfume was top-notch, I had a really bad time with customer service. I ordered a bunch of scents, but only got half of them. I tried reaching out through email and Instagram, but still haven't heard back even after a whole month. It's really frustrating that a company like this doesn't bother to keep in touch with its customers. All I got were automated responses that didn't even solve my problem. To sum it up, dealing with customer service was just awful and I wouldn't suggest buying from them again because of this terrible service.
Parfum return
I had such a bad time trying to return my perfume. I tried everything I could to reach out to customer service, but I couldn't find a phone number to talk about my problem. It made me so annoyed and like they didn't care about me as a customer. The customer service I did get was terrible, and in the end, I was just left feeling unsatisfied with everything.
Travel-sized Smyth
I ordered a travel-sized Smyth two weeks ago and tried to cancel the order shortly after, as I changed my mind. Despite sending three emails to customer service, I received no response. The order still shows as processing, leaving me unsure of its status. When I finally received the product, it appeared to have leaked out or was previously used, with a quarter of it gone. I wish there was a phone number available for customer service assistance, as the lack of communication was frustrating. This experience has left me hesitant to order again from this website.
Discovery Box perfume
I ordered that perfume Michelle Pfeifer was talking about on TV. Supposed to be this big Discovery Box and when I got it, just tiny samples of perfumes! Ugh, so annoying.
Recent order
I recently ordered something from this company and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. It's been over three weeks and I'm disappointed with how they haven't been keeping me updated. The product is good quality but the long wait is really annoying me.
Toxic perfume
I bought some perfume from this company and it was awful. It made me sick and the customer service was horrible when I tried to return it. I had to pay for the shipping myself, which other companies usually cover. I sent the perfume back and waited for a month, but they kept saying they didn't get it even though the tracking said they did. I had to get my credit card company involved to finally get my refund. This whole thing really turned me off and I won't be buying from them again.
