Dresses didn't fit
I bought some dresses online not too long ago, but they didn't fit quite right. However, I have to give a shoutout to the amazing customer service I got from Andrew. He was super helpful in helping me return the items, especially since I was having trouble with the online system. I really liked how attentive and professional he was in solving my problem.
Boots, wrong size, IG help
So, yeah, I ordered these boots online for this pre-festival thing and they showed up in the wrong size. And then, OMG, the returns process on the website was like a maze, I couldn't figure it out. But then, I messaged them on Instagram and these awesome people helped me out really quickly. Shoutout to Liselle and Mary for saving the day!
Glitch on return refund
I had a little trouble with getting my refund back and had to contact customer service. The people I talked to were really nice and patient, especially Andrew, who helped me get my refund quickly. I was grateful for their support and how professional they were the whole time.
Instagram competition voucher
I just won this Instagram contest for Nasty Gal and was so excited to use the voucher. But when I went to redeem the rest of the balance, turns out it had expired without me knowing. Tried asking customer service if they could help me extend the expiration date, but they basically said no way. As someone who's been shopping with them for a while, I'm pretty upset by the lack of care they showed. Not planning on shopping with them again in the future.

I had to return something I bought and I kinda messed up. But Courtney helped me out, she was really fast, on point, and got everything sorted for me. Plus, she was super nice and chill the whole time. I really thank her for being awesome and making sure I had a good experience.
Super cute clothes
OMG, so I ordered some really adorable clothes and they looked even cuter when I got them in person! The website was so easy to use and I found all the stuff I wanted. Checking out was a breeze and my order came super fast. The clothes were top-notch quality and I felt like a total boss babe rocking them. I'm definitely gonna come back for more!

I got my order from this store and sadly, the item was torn. It was already out of stock when I got in touch with customer service, but they were nice enough to refund me completely and said I could still keep the damaged item. I'm grateful for the offer, but I can't exactly wear something with a big hole in it. Michael from customer service was super helpful and sorted everything out fast.
Flawed item, prompt customer service, full refund
I bought something from this company not too long ago, but it had a big problem when it arrived - one of the sleeves was sewn on the wrong way! That was a bit of a letdown, but I decided to get in touch with their customer service team to see if they could help. I was pleasantly surprised that they responded quickly and were really helpful in fixing the problem. They even offered to give me all my money back for the defective item, which was awesome. Even though I was disappointed at first, I have to say I was pretty impressed with how well they took care of everything. I'd definitely think about shopping with them again in the future.

Her professionalism and efficiency definitely made my experience with this company a good one. Lost order, recovered by customer service
I had a really frustrating situation where my clothes got swiped on the way to me, but thankfully the customer service team, especially Jade, totally came through for me. I showed them some proof and they helped me sort everything out quickly. I'm so thankful for their support in fixing the problem.
Faulty item
So I picked up this thing and, like, it turned out to be messed up when it got to me. I got in touch with customer service, and I even snapped a photo of the problem. Princess was super quick to get back to me and said sorry for the trouble. She didn't waste any time and just went ahead and gave me a refund. I'm grateful for how fast they sorted it out.
Mini dress and leather jacket
Overall, my shopping experience was kinda meh. The stuff came fast, but the sizes were all wonky, so I had to deal with sending them back. The return process on the website was brutal, so I ended up just shooting an email to customer service. I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service I got from this company. I bought a Black Friday sweater from them, and when it arrived, it had a little tear in the fabric. I reached out to customer service, and they got back to me pretty fast. They couldn't give me another sweater since it was out of stock, so instead, they just gave me a refund. I was happy with how easy and quick it all got sorted out, and how they handled the situation. It's good to see a company that cares about their customers and making sure they're satisfied.

I had a problem because I couldn't find my order when I wanted to return it. But I gotta say, I was pretty happy with the help I got from Andrew. He sent me a QR code by text to use for the return, which was so handy. It was great being able to sort everything out by texting customer service.
