Lost item resolution
I had a bit of a hiccup with a lost item during delivery, but when I contacted customer service, they were super quick to respond and offered me some really good solutions. John S, the person I talked to, was really helpful and got things sorted out efficiently. They gave me the option of getting a full refund or having the product sent again at no extra cost. I was so impressed with how professional they were and how fast they managed to fix the problem to my liking.
Ripped item received
I got my order from this store and sadly, the item was torn. It was already out of stock when I got in touch with customer service, but they were nice enough to refund me completely and said I could still keep the damaged item. I'm grateful for the offer, but I can't exactly wear something with a big hole in it. Michael from customer service was super helpful and sorted everything out fast.
Faulty item
So I picked up this thing and, like, it turned out to be messed up when it got to me. I got in touch with customer service, and I even snapped a photo of the problem. Princess was super quick to get back to me and said sorry for the trouble. She didn't waste any time and just went ahead and gave me a refund. I'm grateful for how fast they sorted it out.
Mini dress and leather jacket
Overall, my shopping experience was kinda meh. The stuff came fast, but the sizes were all wonky, so I had to deal with sending them back. The return process on the website was brutal, so I ended up just shooting an email to customer service. Thankfully, the person who helped me out, Manicole, was super nice and knew their stuff when it came to sorting out my return.
Black Friday Sweater
I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service I got from this company. I bought a Black Friday sweater from them, and when it arrived, it had a little tear in the fabric. I reached out to customer service, and they got back to me pretty fast. They couldn't give me another sweater since it was out of stock, so instead, they just gave me a refund. I was happy with how easy and quick it all got sorted out, and how they handled the situation. It's good to see a company that cares about their customers and making sure they're satisfied.
Champagne Diamante Feather Pajama Set
I just bought the Champagne Diamante Feather Pajama Set for me and some of my bridesmaids. But when they arrived, we saw that some stones were missing from the back of the pajamas. I contacted Customer Service right away and talked to John S. He was really helpful and fixed the problem quickly. I sent him pictures of the faulty items, and he arranged to send us replacements right away. I'm happy with the great customer service from John and the team.
I ordered a cute vest but it came with a defect
Oh, eh! I got this real cute vest from them, ya know? But when it arrived, there was this defect on it, eh. I was so bummed out, but then I chatted with this super nice customer care assistant named Mei, eh. She totally helped me out, eh. She was like, so sweet and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, eh. Plus, the whole process was so quick and easy, eh. Overall, I've had mostly good experiences with my orders from here, just this one little hiccup, ya know?
