He was super helpful in helping me return the items, especially since I was having trouble with the online system. I really liked how attentive and professional he was in solving my problem.

So, yeah, I ordered these boots online for this pre-festival thing and they showed up in the wrong size. And then, OMG, the returns process on the website was like a maze, I couldn't figure it out. But then, I messaged them on Instagram and these awesome people helped me out really quickly. Shoutout to Liselle and Mary for saving the day!
