Lost item resolution
I had a bit of a hiccup with a lost item during delivery, but when I contacted customer service, they were super quick to respond and offered me some really good solutions. John S, the person I talked to, was really helpful and got things sorted out efficiently. They gave me the option of getting a full refund or having the product sent again at no extra cost. I was so impressed with how professional they were and how fast they managed to fix the problem to my liking.

Chat for course questions
Eh, so I was trying to get some info on this course, you know? I went on the chat to ask questions, but the person was taking forever to reply (ugh!) and they were totally useless! Every time I asked something about the Front-End web dev course, they just said "google it." Seriously? If they don't know about the course, then why even have a chat for questions, right? Now I'm not sure about signing up for anything on this platform, especially after reading all the other bad reviews. 😒

Bought phone case
I just bought this phone case from this store and it's so awesome! It looks really stylish and does a great job of keeping my phone safe. I've already dropped it a few times, but my phone is still perfectly fine. And they had so many different designs to choose from, it was tough to pick just one!
