Japanese loopwheel sweater
I just bought this amazing Japanese loopwheel sweater from this brand after trying it on at their shop in London. It's so comfy and really well-made, definitely worth every penny. Lot of clothes no logos

The stitching and fabric seem pretty solid, but the colors fade on the dark clothes and the loopback terry doesn't feel as cozy after a wash. Overall, they're decent but not amazing.

Recent refund experience
I just had to return something I bought online and man, the whole refund process was a total bummer. The website said it could take up to 28 days to get my money back, which seems way too long if you ask me. Like, come on, it's not like we're still in the middle of a crazy global pandemic, so what's the hold up? And to top it off, they had a sale going on when I sent the item back, so now I'm wondering if they're purposely making me wait longer. In my books, a refund shouldn't take more than a week to sort out, no matter what's going on.

I used to shop here often, but lately, I've been let down by the quality of their products. I bought six t-shirts recently and even though I followed all the care instructions, they all shrunk. I tried reaching out to the company for assistance, but I haven't received a response yet. It's not a very good way to treat loyal customers.

I've bought a bunch of stuff from here and I gotta say, I'm super happy with the quality, selection, and prices. The clothes have lasted through many washes and the colors are still poppin'. Poor customer service
My time at the store was honestly not great because of the terrible customer service I received. I tried to fix an order issue and got different answers from different employees. Even after reaching out multiple times by email and phone, I felt like customer service wasn't doing enough to help me fix the problem. Sadly, things weren't sorted out in the end, and I left feeling disappointed with the whole experience.

I was really let down by the cotton pique polo shirt I bought recently. It cost me over $100, but when it arrived, I noticed that the dye had faded a lot, which was a big quality problem.
