I set an alarm for this drop — yes, really. I’d been on the mailing list forever and hit buy within a minute when the F1 thyme green Brad Pitt sweatshirt popped up. I planned to wear it on a weekend road trip, packed other stuff, mood set. Then the stock-shortage email arrived. Argh. That one line killed the plan. Service felt sloppy, like they’d grown too fast and forgot how to care. The hoodie never arrived and my enthusiasm deflated a bit. On the bright side the site looked good and the sizing notes were helpful, so not everything was awful. Customer support was slow to reply and that annoyed me, tbh. I’ll probably try Orlebar Brown next time — they’ve been solid.

My time at the store was honestly not great because of the terrible customer service I received. I tried to fix an order issue and got different answers from different employees. Even after reaching out multiple times by email and phone, I felt like customer service wasn't doing enough to help me fix the problem. Sadly, things weren't sorted out in the end, and I left feeling disappointed with the whole experience.

I messed up my address when I ordered the Rivera Polo Shirt, but I caught it later on and reached out to customer service. They were super helpful and got back to me right away. The shirt arrived quickly and it's really great quality. Thanks a lot!
