Quiet support, decent shirts

Communication

Packing for a long trip, I reached for a tee I trust and found a defect — that's when the headache started. I’ve bought a few basics from them this past year because the tees are comfy for travel, but after I emailed about a return two weeks ago there’s been silence. Called, left messages, sent a DM — crickets. The shirt itself was fine otherwise, fit and fabric good, so I’m not bashing the product, just annoyed by the aftercare. Won’t order more until they reply.

Purchased a few tops online

Communication

I just bought a couple of tops online. I washed them by hand with a gentle detergent for colored clothes, and I saw a white stain on one of them. I emailed customer service to ask about it, and they said it might be from a bleach. I told them I didn't use bleach, but I haven't heard back from them since. I was disappointed in their customer service, so I might not buy from them again in the future.

About Sunspel

Sunspel is a British clothing manufacturer known for its high-quality garments, particularly luxury T-shirts, polos, and underwear. Founded in 1860 by Thomas A Hill in Nottingham, the company has a storied history of innovation in textile manufacturing. Hill's vision was to create simple, everyday clothing from beautiful fabrics, leading Sunspel to develop some of the earliest forms of T-shirts and underwear that were both practical and luxurious. Notably, the brand has contributed to the development of the modern boxer short in the UK in the 1940s and has gained popularity for providing clothing for iconic film characters, including James Bond. Sunspel maintains a commitment to meticulous craftsmanship, using fine materials and timeless designs to produce clothing that combines traditional techniques with modern innovation.
