Custom cushion cover purchase
I wasn't sure about buying a cushion cover online for my old IKEA cushion, but I decided to go for it and man, am I glad I did! Overpriced bag with a broken strap
I bought a really expensive bag from this store, and I was so let down when the strap just fell off after a year. When I asked for a refund or a new one, they said they could fix it but I'd have to cover the shipping costs, which were way too much. Definitely the worst quality and service I've ever experienced!
