Slipcover quality disappointment
I bought a slipcover from this company and it was really good quality, just like I expected from a well-known brand. But I was kind of let down when I realized that the seat cushion slipcover was basically the same as the ones you can get at IKEA for cheap. This means I can't flip the cushions for extra use, which makes the whole slipcover seem not as high-end. I thought this brand would have done better, especially since I know a thing or two about this stuff.
Delayed International Order
My experience with Bemz was truly frustrating. It took more than 5 weeks to get my order, and during that time, I had to keep emailing Bemz and the delivery company. They kept promising a weekly arrival, but my package never came. The product was good, but the shipping process outside of Sweden, especially in Spain, was a headache. I even tried ordering in-store to avoid any issues, but it was still a hassle.
Quick delivery issue
The delivery process was a total nightmare. I tried reaching out to the company and the delivery service multiple times, but they just kept trying to deliver my small order with the annoying requirement of a signature. It was super frustrating to be bothered constantly while I was away, and the inefficiency of this whole thing was just disappointing. I think leaving the package in the building's package room or getting permission to leave it without a signature would have been a much smarter idea. The product was fine, but the delivery was a letdown.

I really love the couch covers from this place! They're super cool because you can switch up your couch without having to buy a whole new one. Who wants to get rid of a perfectly good couch just because it looks old? Not me! Besides, you can choose any color and fabric you want to match your room. Isn't that awesome? And you know what? I did my research and checked out other companies, but Bemz had the best selection and prices.
