New shoes that tear apart
I got these new shoes and they were amazing! They even came in half sizes, which was so nice. But after wearing them a few times, the heel started falling apart. I saw others had the same issue in their reviews, so I thought they would have fixed it by now. But no, still the same problem. They still do the job, but they look awful now.
Shorts
I just bought a pair of shorts from this store and man, they are really great quality. They're awesome for the gym but also look good for a night out. I was about to give them a perfect rating, but honestly, the price is a bit too high for me. And their return policy? It's a total nightmare. Feels like they don't want you to return anything. It's too bad because I would totally buy more if they made it simpler to return stuff. Business should be easy, not a hassle.
Tees purchase
I've always been happy with the clothes from this brand, especially when buying from other stores. But, when I tried ordering from the UK website, it didn't go so well. I got two tees, but didn't hear about shipping for over a week. When I contacted customer service, they said they took my payment right away, even though the site said they only charge when they ship. The phone number they gave me led me to a different company, so it was hard to talk to the brand directly. They did call me back, but just said they canceled my order because I asked for it. They didn't explain why they took my money right away. Now I'm waiting for a refund and it's taking forever. The service was not great overall and it was confusing.
Clothing items
So I bought some clothes from this company not long ago and honestly, I wasn't too happy with how things went down. The stuff I got was okay quality-wise, but man, their customer service was brutal. I had ordered five things, but only four showed up, and they didn't really keep me in the loop about what was going on. And to top it all off, the sizes were all wrong because they used US sizes instead of the UK ones I asked for. Total bummer, eh?
Shoes too small
My shoes were way too small, even though I got my usual size. And the worst part was all the extra packaging! Why do my runners need so much wrapping? It's like a puzzle just to get to them, eh!
Slow processing and shipping
I recently bought something from this company and it took way too long for them to process and ship it. I shelled out extra for 2-day shipping, but more than a week later, my order was still stuck at the warehouse. This isn't the first time this has happened with them. Their products are okay, but the slow shipping just ruins the whole experience. I suggest checking out other places that offer faster and more reliable service.
Bought cool stuff
I ordered some really cool stuff from this website and it arrived super fast! The clothes fit great and the fabric feels so good. I'm loving it!
Bought shorts
Oh my goodness, those shorts took so long to arrive! It seriously took FOUR WHOLE DAYS just to process the order! And then an additional 3 days after the shipping label was made before they even started moving! It felt like the longest wait ever, I was just sitting there watching my tracking number hoping for an update. Honestly, by the time those shorts finally showed up, I had almost forgotten I ordered them. It was like a surprise package from my past self. All in all, not cool at all.
Wholesale Purchase
When you're buying in bulk, it's better to go through a wholesaler instead of dealing directly with the company. The customer service they offer is usually pretty terrible and not very helpful. It's just easier to work with someone in the middle who can take care of any issues that come up while you're making the purchase.
Unsolicited emails and marketing
I was really disappointed with all the spam emails and marketing stuff that this company kept sending me without even asking if I wanted it. Like, come on, as a customer, I expect them to be more respectful of my personal info and not just flood my inbox with junk. It makes me wonder if I can really trust them or not. If they can't even handle something as basic as emails properly, what else are they messing up? I'd suggest to others to stay away from this company if they care about privacy and trust in the companies they support.
Shoe size mix-up
So, I ordered some shoes from a website in the EU, and it said they were UK size. However, when they arrived, I got US size 10 instead. When I called customer service to try and exchange them for a bigger size, they told me I had to pay for the return shipping myself to get a refund, and then I would have to make a new order for the right size. That just seems like a lot of unnecessary hassle to me, especially since the mistake was on their part. I'm disappointed that they don't seem to understand the difference between UK and US sizes, and now I've wasted money on shipping.
Troublesome website experience
I had a not so great experience with the website when I was trying to reset my password and never got the email, even after multiple tries. Also, it's annoying that a lot of items are always out of stock on the website. Overall, I was pretty disappointed with my experience.
Golf clothing purchase
I bought some golf clothes recently, and they were top-notch quality, just great. But, the customer service was not so good. I had some trouble trying to use my rewards, and the staff didn't seem to know how to help me out. Even though the clothes were awesome, the bad customer service made my shopping experience not so great.
