I got a hunting scope from here to use when I go out for hunting with my dad. It's really neat and makes it easier to see things far away. The folks at the store were friendly and helped me choose the right one. The price was decent, but I wouldn't have minded if it was a bit cheaper. The delivery was quick, and I received it in time for our hunting trip. All in all, I'm pleased with my purchase!

Cycling jersey, wrong color, poor customer service.
I just bought a cycling jersey from this shop, but when it showed up, it wasn't the color I wanted. I tried emailing them but didn't get much help, and when I called, they said they couldn't promise the right color. I was really let down by the lack of support and professionalism in dealing with this problem. It's too bad that my experience was so negative, especially since I was thinking of getting more stuff from them.

Order placed on November 28
I ordered something on November 28 and got a confirmation email right away. But, as of December 11, I still haven't heard anything about when it's gonna ship. I've sent four emails, but haven't heard back from their customer service at all. When I tried calling, they just had me email them too, and there's no way to talk to a real person or leave a message. It's really disappointing how they're not keeping me in the loop or responding. Now, I want to cancel my order because of the delay and buy something else. It's frustrating to see that the bad reviews about their customer service are true, and it seems like they don't really care about their customers. I'm so fed up that I've decided to dispute the charges with my credit card company because I feel like they're not being honest or looking out for me.

The staff tried to help my daughter while she was shopping, which was nice, but I was disappointed to see how little thought was put into making the checkout accessible for disabled customers.
