I bought a skirt from Moda Operandi not too long ago, and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how quickly and safely it got delivered. The skirt I wanted was already sold out in Australia, but luckily I was able to snag it through Moda Operandi without any problems. It was a pretty smooth and stress-free experience overall. I recently bought a pair of sandals from this store, and I gotta say I was pretty disappointed with what I got. I noticed other companies like Net-a-Porter London have cheaper shipping. Maybe it would be a good idea for your company to take a look at your shipping prices and maybe lower them a bit to keep up with your competitors.

I was really disappointed with my experience with this online store. I ordered a designer dress for a special event, but they canceled it without giving me any reason. To make it worse, they didn't even send me an email to let me know it was canceled, so I was left totally clueless. The way they handled the situation was not okay at all. The delivery was actually on time, which was a nice surprise. But man, the dress I got had quite a few issues. The picture online did not match what I actually got at all. The corset style top just flattened my chest out, and it totally didn't consider a woman's natural curves. And to top it all off, I can't even return it, so now I'm stuck with a dress that I can't even wear comfortably. Rough.
