Returns & RefundsMy order was a disaster. I bought something and they sent it back without even telling me. Like, seriously?! They took my money and now I have to wait to see if they'll give it back. I sent emails and now I have to wait until Tuesday for a response. I just hope they give me my money back, that's all I want.

I've called and emailed them a bunch of times already, but there's been no solution. The fact that they're not communicating and taking forever to give me my refund is just making me even more disappointed.

The customer service team said I'd get a refund, but it's been over a week and still no sign of it in my account. I've already reached out to them three times, but no luck. Other fancy brands like Dior, Gucci, and MyTheresa have no problem giving refunds quickly, so I'm a bit annoyed with this retailer's slow response.
